This is the most amazing staff I have ever encountered in all my 50 years of shopping. I walked in and was immediately greeted as if I were an old friend. I told Daren I was very frustrated I had no phone for days, mine was broken , and I was my sons caregiver whom is disabled from Iraq. The Mgr Benjamin also came over because I had only an hr before I had to take my granddaughter to dr at 2pm. They took wonderful care of me even showing me how to use my phone and patiently allowing me to do the steps they had shown me. While there is also observed several elderly customers come in with several different issues. Along with Benjamin and Daren the other staff treated them with patience and respect and going the extra mile to solve their problems. Daren and Benjamin left me with confidence and a warm heart knowing I could come back anytime with a question or just to have my phone checked to make sure all is well. I even got a GREAT DEAL on a phone for granddaughter and a freebie item. This is the place to go if u need help. The Mgr also gives his staff respect and shares his knowledge. I can tell this store is a well oiled machine so to speak. As it was getting closers to my appt other staff pitched in. They care. You will leave there feeling you were the most important customer of the day.

Purchased the iphone 7 on Feb 2 with the "14 day Worry Free Guarantee." Phone had intermittent issue with audio. Took the phone back on Feb 10th to exchange it for a new phone. The Salesman refused to exchange it and made a change in the phone settings and said it was fixed. So much for their worry free guarantee. Plus, It did not fix the issue. I contacted Verizon Tech Support on the 15th. They advised me to return it to the store by the end of the business day of the 16th. Katie refused to exchange the phone under the warranty and said that I was a day late. It was explained to her that I had tried to replace it and that the Corporate Verizon said that the phone was still under warranty. She still refused. It may not have been Katies fault, the fact is this retail location does not have its act together and has no way to resolve self inflicted issues. Poorly managed place from the Retail District level and the corporate account manager needs to step in to help resolve their dysfunction. Worst retail service I have ever experienced. Stay Away!

I always dread the process of buying a new phone. In the past, it has been very time consuming , involving a lot of waiting and often involved loosing some of the precious content on my old phone in the transfer. By the time I finally went, my phone was dead and would not charge at all. I decided to try a new store. I did not have to wait at all, but was helped as soon as I walked in. Benjamin Lacey, the store manager,went above and beyond to charge my phone and was able to retrieve All of the data ,.He was very kind and informative and was able to apply many discounts even paying me for my old phone! I highly recommend this store, and will gladly point my friends and family in Benjamins direction! Thank you, Benjamin for making the purchase of a new phone not only painless...but pleasant as well!

Hands down, the Verizon Wireless at the Cedar Road location is by far the best store to visit for all of your cellphone needs! My family and I frequent this location so much, whenever we come in were treated more like friends, than "take a number" customers! Benjamin and the Cedar Road Verizon Team always go out of their way to take care of us whether it be replacing the iPhone screen protectors, answering the multitudes of account questions, or helping us take advantage of the great promotional deals, whenever Verizon offers them! If youre ever in the area and need cellphone assistance, or enjoy being treated like a valuable customer, then visit Benjamin at Cedar Road Verizon!

Wow, talk about well informed customer service. These guys are great at what they do, and it was no hassle, described my plan that best fitted me. I would highly recommend this store! So if your you are in the market for a upgrade or new service provider, please go see the Manger Benjamin, or his coworkers, Branden, DAngelo, Justin and lets not forget Katy as well. Customer service # for warranty was great as well, with Briana and Artero helping get my new phone fast. Not to mention, Jaquil at the port # that is for importing your old cellular # from another carrier. Customer for life. This group of people deserve a raise they are great at what they do.

Since the opening of this store, my family and I have come the the Cedar Rd store where we have been taken care of by Ben Lacey and his staff. Their tech knowledge is amazing and they do not rest until their clients questions are answered and their tech problems are solved! The customer care is unmatched in my opinion. I was once told to never go to a Verizon store with an iPhone issue...the Apple Store is no longer my go to...not after experiencing the amazing customer care and knowledge that Ben and his staff provides! There truly needs to be more stars!! This place has changed my views on customer service...seriously...what an amazing team. Rachel and Brandon not only helped me with my phone issue, but took the time to look for and find a discount for my bill. I know they didnt have to take the time to set my device up for me, but they did. I have been to this same store several times and have NEVER been disappointed. As far as I am concerned, they are the only Verizon store on the planet. Go there! You will not be disappointed!! Thank you again for your kindness and professional service!

Ive been doing business with this Verizon store since theyve opened. Ben, Katy and the staff here are incredible. They make you feel like family and always have the answers for our cellular needs as well as tech support explained in such a way that you dont have to have an IT degree to understand . My daughter and me sometimes just stop by to say hi. Thanks again for all you do to make visits to Verizon a good experience. I realize you are not a corporate store but corporate Verizon could learn a lot from you!!

All I got to say is that this is by far the best Verizon location I have been to yet! A special thanks to BRANDON KELLY for being patient with me and walking me through how to exchange my phone while I had an inconvenience at another location prior. He immediately got me on the right path to satisfaction and placed me with the right phone that I wanted. The entire staff displayed very excellent customer service and professionalism. I will definitely be returning to this store any time in the future.

I would highly recommend this Verizon Wireless location to anyone. Every time I have been in all the employees are quick to address my issue, find a solution, and send me about my way. With previous carriers Ive had to wait and wait to get help, but this Verizon location is prompt with customer service. All the employees are extremely friendly and very knowledgeable about the various phone options and are quick to suggest which phone and plan would best suit my needs. Thank you!
