My boyfriend and I stopped here recently on a whim, because we didnt have time to travel on a Saturday down to Little 5. There was one guy working in there, we both werent sure what to expect as he didnt seem like the typical sales person you would expect. Having been to only head shops ran in Little 5, I was expecting the same experience but worse; but came out with an amazing experience that was better than Little 5. The guy who sold us the piece was obviously knowledgeable and blunt in letting me know that if I upped my price range, I would have a better starter piece, and he wasnt kidding. He didnt rush us, let us ask questions when needed, and most amazingly wasnt stoned to a point I could smell it off of him. Instead I could tell I met probably one of the best and serious employees Ive ever met in a head shop in Atlanta. The selection was on par, if not better, than what you can find at other places. I already have a ton of other pieces there I want to add to my collection. Im surprised no one at my university ever talked about this place, since its so close to our campus, but if you live in the surrounding area and find it a pain to go to Little 5, just go here. Its a one stop shop that has everything, and you can tell it has better items, at a wider selection too, that arent going to break on you immediately. Its been an amazing start to my week using the piece I was sold, and Im happy I took the chance to go here this past weekend.

Worst customer service!!! I would say baddest of the bad! I bought a sigelei j80 mod ($70+tax) and cleito aspire tank($35+tax) on 3/25/17 in the night when i bought it there was a sales person I dont remember her name but she was probably new to the job and did not know the policy of here own store and told here i can come back and get it exchanged or refunded if I did not like the product (this was my first electronic vape purchase) and i didnt use that much and after few weeks it says check atomizer and than i go in store and first off all no greetings or any kind of welcome and a worst service provided by employees! They told me to change the coil! I was like ok i changed it and it started working fine and than not even 5 days after that it said check atomizer again i call them back again on Saturday and they were supposed to call their manager and owner mr. Aziz and ask them about the resolution and contact me back! But nope no call back i call them again and asked them they said they didnt even ask their manager about this! And also they charge me $25 dollars more an the top!! I would not suggest any one to go here specially this particular location (idk about other locations) i need a solution on this one so will be waiting for them to contact me they have my phone number at their store as i left it several times under name ALTAF.

Worst experience ever in my life. I called an hour before and asked if they had the mouthpiece for a pax 1. I drove all the way up here with my pax 1 to show Tyler. I told him that this was a gift and knew nothing about it. He gave me a mouthpiece for it and assured me that it would work. As soon as I got in my car I looked at the mouthpiece and realized that it would not fit. I went back into the store telling Tyler that he made a mistake and sold me that wrong mouthpiece. He acknowledged that he made a mistake and that it was his fault but told me that I couldnt a refund or exchange due to store policy. Keep in mind that the package was unopened and i had never left the parking lot. This was within 5 minutes. So pretty much I paid $27 for someones mistake. Do not purchase anything from this store, if you do Do NOT TAKE THE ASSOCIATES WORD FOR IT. He doesnt know what hes doing. I hope the generals manager sees the post and makes some changes to their policy. I dont see why I have to pay for someone elses mistake. If I could I would give this store no stars but Google wont let me lol. So I gave it one.

We worked with Justin on the first occasion and Amal on the second. They were fantastic! The best customer service in any hookah/vape shop I have ever been in. We were greeted immediately, with the biggest smile (on both occasions) and was almost instantaneously transported to a whole world of high quality items and world class service. I feel like if we were anywhere else, we would have annoyed any representative helping us due to the millions of questions we asked. We wouldnt dare spend our money anywhere else. Thank you Amal and Thank you Justin for your wealth of knowledge, great customer service and all around great experience that you created for me and my loved one.

Ive never been here before but for some reason I got an email saying I wrote a 5-star review for this place. Im not sure if that was just a glitch or if they are engaged in illicit marketing strategies. If indeed you are fraudulently filling out reviews for your store comma I feel the need to remind you that that is illegal, and moral, and will piss a lot of people like myself off who feel that their privacy has been intruded upon. If in fact this was a glitch of some sort, then I apologize and take care.

Very great new set up!! I love how all the glass is sorted now. Nick is by far the most helpful!! Knows about everything in and out, not only that but he is there everytime i go!! I enjoy seeing that this place is actually able to keep employees around longer than a day! Every time someome asks, i tell them to hit up nick at the vape shop in Loganville. Never heard anyone disagree.

First time visitor looking for my "usual" brand of Maeng Da. John greeted me at the door and was very friendly and thorough explaining the different brands and various mixes of Kratom. The prices are some of the best in town which I have found for Maeng Da and the variety of choices is outstanding. Overall, a great shopping experience and I will recommend to my friends.

Man, I wish this place didnt suck. The staff is great, but they never have what you need. That juice you like? They probably want have it in stock for another month. Bought a sub tank and need new coils? Dont even bother coming to see if they have them cuz they probably wont have it. Save your patience and money, shop online.

Great selection. Terrible customer service. Spent 25 minutes waiting for the rep to help me. He took one look and said he couldnt help me without even asking me what I needed help with. Was looking to spend $200 on a new setup, now Im taking my business down the street. Lost a customer for life.

Dakota is the best! I had no idea what I was talking about in buying a gift and she was very patient and answered all my questions. She even offered to demo what I bought. It was extremely busy and she kept coming back to check on me. Excellent service!!!
