They dont actually sell cigars. The closest thing youll find to a cigar here is a Black and Mild. There is however, a store just a little further south on Cheshire Bridge called the Hookah Hookup and they have a humidor with real cigars. I wasnt terribly put off that Blue Rat didnt have cigars, but I was put off by the fact that they didnt know where any cigar stores were in the area, despite the HH being not even a mile down the road. They may be a competitor for glassware, but if Im looking for a cigar, you dont sell them, and somebody else does just down the road and you dont know or wont tell me, then that irks me a little bit. Otherwise this store looks decent....but the lack of being able to help me find something they dont have is, like I said, off-putting.

The previous review is ludicrous. The claims made by the reviewer would never occur at any shop ever. Im a frequent Blue Rat shopper.The staff is super cool and knowledgeable of their products without being snobby about it, which I think anyone who has been to other shops can appreciate. You get the most bang for your buck here on everything from tubes to spoons and the selection is ridiculous. In the event they havent had what I needed, theyve even kindly referred me to competitors. These guys just wanna sell good glass for a good price. This is where you should bring your money.

BRAVO!!!!! of all the tobacco shops I have visited and purchased Items from this is hands done the one that made me feel as they really was interested in assisting me. in my needs or wants or interest in HOOKAH items and accessories . it does not take much to show that your interested in assisting a customer in finding just what they need or may want .I will recommend them to any and all who may inquire . in hookah equipment and or accessories .

Exceptionally knowledgeable staff. I went in looking to try e-cigarettes and knowing virtually nothing about them. The guy who helped me went through the trouble of walking me through the entire process and explaining everything about the device that I purchased. Overall excellent consumer experience and I plan to return there whenever I need a refill for my e-cigs or decide to try a different vaporizer.

they sold us the wrong device then when i took it back to ask about it, the device broke in front of them and they were more interested in selling me another one than working with me after selling me the wrong product that broke in the store!. After being a repeat customer for months on end, i will never go back there!!! 42 Degrees in lil 5 value repeat business not just foot traffic to stay a float...

it has a great selection way way way WAAAAAY too pricey i dont see the justification of the prices and it for damn sure isnt in the charm charisma or welcoming nature of the employees who like to tell me they dont have it it wont work and i dont know before i even finish the question. needs needs a lot of people skill training for the folks working there id rather hit the hookah shop right up the road

Extremely large selection of products. From top of the line and well renowned brands/companies, to *PHENOMENAL* and vastly unique glass blown by local artists/glass blowers. They pretty much have it all. Although, I wouldnt really bother if youre only looking for vaping products/e-cigs. But for *Glass*, this should be at the top of your list to visit.

Im from Cali and was visiting family in ATL over summer and stopped in and was genuinely impressed. More than reasonable prices and a huge selection of beautiful and unique pieces ranging in size. If I revisit ATL Ill definitely stop by and pick up another great piece.

This shop has to have the best, most varied selection of glass I have ever seen. The staff was polite and educated and let me swap out a piece of my purchase with one that wasnt cracked upon inspection. They are officially my go-to shop for my future glass needs.

The staff is very helpful and friendly, and they have all kinds of great deals. The location is fairly convenient for being in the Buckhead area (right off I-85), probably the best independent smoke shop in Buckhead, Mid-Northeast Atlanta.

They have cheap replacement pieces for my hookah which I seem to break once a month. If they dont have what you need, theyll send you to were you need to go, also being open until 2am is great.
