I am really writing this detailed review in hope that the owner/manager will one day read this to hear of our experience at your store. Very unpleasant experience on numerous occasions. One young lady (skinny, lower 20s, brown hair) seemed to be under the influence and made us leave the store so she could "go to the bathroom". Not to mention she came back wiping her nose excessively. Young lady was very rude and did not seem to want to have anyone in the store.... as if we were interrupting something. Irregardless, we couldnt ignore the convenient location and the price match policy. We were told the store would order a product and match the price of another location, and give us a call to notify us of its arrival, well we never received our phone call. Our last visit was our last resulting from a very rude employee. (Dirty Blonde hair, either gold or silver front teeth {just returned from maternity leave} We had hands full of product when we approached the counter one being an incense holder/container that was damaged on the side. We asked if it was possible to receive a discount and the woman started off with an attitude saying she couldnt give us discounts on everything. (referring to our price matched product, {pipe tobacco and tubes}. We had numerous other items we were planning to purchase that we had every intention of paying full price for. We expressed our disappointment and continued on with our purchase. We assume that at this point since we think we convinced her to give us a discount she now pretended she had no knowledge of the notebook that had our price match information for the tobacco products in it. We could see the book ourselves and pointed to it and she got really upset saying "This is my personal book. THERE IS NO SUCH BOOK!" repeatedly making us sound like we were crazy in an insulting way. We tried to be nice as long as we could trying to explain how the last time we were in the other employee wrote our information in the book and said "Anytime you come in your price information will be right here in this book". She wouldnt even let us complete our statements before rudely interrupting us with the statement mentioned above. We got really upset, had a few words and left the store without purchasing anything. We will never come back to this location again unless these two employees are replaced. We were there once before our last visit with a completely different employee and we expressed our disappointment from before and she said she had heard numerous complaints about both employees but that I was expressing my disappointment to the wrong person. I tried calling today to get the owners information and all I heard was excuse after excuse as to why I could not get in contact with the owner.

Over priced. I had been coming to the Woodstock store for almost 6 months and was refused a sale because they dont take Amex anymore. I ran to an ATM to complete the purchase with cash, and by the time I had come back. The associate had torn off a little square from a sticky note to try and cover up the American Express symbol on a little card that shows the accepted types of payment. Tell me the damn truth. I dont need you to lie to me and tell me that my card isnt accepted after using the same damn card, everytime for the last 6 months up to 3 or 4 times a week. That was the last time I decided to waste my money there. Horrible customer service. After all of the other reviews have sunken in, I have completely made my mind up to never give them business again. That company definately has to be rebuilt from the ground up.

Make sure they open and show you what they sell you because I came here and spent 145$ on a eleaf I stick and a kangertech protank 3, so i could quit smoking and the stuff the sent me home with is not the same as listed on the box, it was a protank 2 and she said the coils were burnt out..the employee lied and said she showed me what was in the box to the general manager on the phone and he wouldnt talk to me because he trusts her;)he wouldnt even look at the cameras they have there!..turns out the place I was supposed to go to was vape 911 where everything would have been 20 to 30 dollars cheaper!I have never left a company feeling as though I have been stolen from and I never leave reviews..but I felt this situation warranted one!

Highly over priced! Bought a vape there and went to another place to find another type of oil and the same vape was half the price cheaper! I felt bad for the guy there because he was having issues with the card swipe and couldnt get it to print out the receipt. To the owner if you are going to have a business please make sure you have equipment that works because we are not the first customer this happened to and although the guy was really nice I will not go back there to smoke 911.

After some change of hands, these folks have a really good crew on their hands (now) and should be given another look if things didnt go 100% at one time or another. The service I recieved was top notch and I was greeted by a friendly young lady that was very patient with me and helped me purchase exactly what I was looking for!! Ive visited several of these locations and this was by far my favorite!!

Sorry I cant give zero stars. The smelly, horrible hippies at the Woodstock store will sell you garbage and then hide behind a "no returns" policy. Dont buy anything other than a pipe or bong or papers from these horrible human beings. Otherwise, youre screwed and theyre richer. Terrible people.

I dont know why people keep giving this place such crazy reviews. Its a smoke shop, what else do you expect? Theyre gonna be somewhat lazy and half ass. Ive been coming here for years, and havent had any issues other then a e cig that crapped out a day after purchase.

Lazy crew of teenagers and early twenties. Prices are through the roof. Been in twice, once the employee was playing Nintendo DS, the second time the employee was on the phone on a personal cell phone call the whole time.
