Just bought some raw tips from there yesterday overpriced first of all, and compared it to another raw tips that I bought from another smoke shop and come to find out there fake Raw tips. You can see the difference easily from the package, plus they dont say raw on them and the filters didnt fit in the box right and they were all different sizes. Real raw tips cost $1.99 and they sale the fake raw tips for $2.99. Last time I remember your suppose to sell knock off cheaper than the real thing. Its a fake smoke shop that sells knock offs at a ridiculous price. Dont waste your time here, looks like a lot of the stuff has been sitting for a LOOOOONNNNNNNNGGGGGGGG time but I can see why. STOP SELLING FAKE RAW PRODUCTS!!! Ill never spend my cash here again, Ill go to a real smoke shop with real raw products to buy.

I called to check the price of a product because I was shopping around. The guy who answered the phone, confirmed that they indeed had the product. When I inquired about price, he refused to give it to me over the phone. He was extremely rude to me, all because I asked for the price of 1 product. Terrible way to do business. I cant help but wonder why he wouldnt WANT to give me the price over the phone? If theyre like this over the phone, just imagine how they are in person. Will be taking my money elsewhere.

Lived across the street for about 12 months. LOVED the employee family there! Consistently buy my tobacco and filtered rolling papers from them (because their prices are about 5-15% lower than the surrounding stores.) They have even loaned me out a box of filtered rolling papers on multiple occasions. If youre a little short on change and youre a familiar face than this shop will cover you till next time. I HIGHLY recommend this store to any tobacco smokers looking for a solid shop to call home.

Called to get a name brand and price of a kit and she was kind of rude and tried to dance around the question when it came to the price talking about she as many others and brands.... I repeated the question, how much is the cheapest one and she finally responded we dont discuss the price over the phone... I just felt frustrated that I was trying to buy when the customer service could have been a lot more pleasant. Sorry. As I told her- I will take my business else where

All about a quick buck. The lady will start off kind of nice but has that hurry up and buy attitude. A lot of products in the store but you can tell they have been sitting in there for a while. The items in this store are overpriced. There are other smoke shops in the area that are more reasonable with better products. The lady is rude and will get an attitude when you dont end up purchasing anything dont waste your time nor money.

i was new to the vapor expierence and they were so patient and kind! i am deaf and they also took them time to write it all down for me. i had issues with the first device brought it back and they upgraded me at no extra charge! I will be back for all my vapor needs thank you guys!

Soda cans only 50 cents! Great selection. Friendly service. Every flavor of cigar. Every size of the cigarette style one hitters i like. Fun variety of cold drinks including Fresca my favorite soda. Is bigger on the inside than it looks on the outside.

Customer Service is horrible. The guy seems like he doesnt want the business. He was rude and unfriendly when he you call or go to the store. Do not go to the location. Spend your money where you can get the services as a customer.
