One of the employees tried to steal my boyfriends wallet. He left it in the store and returned less than 10 minutes later to ask the man behind the counter if he left his wallet. The man replied "Havent seen it" my boyfriend insisted that he left it on the counter and then asked if anyone had been in the store. The employee replied "no but you didnt leave your wallet". Upset my boyfriend raised his voice and after a confrontation the man behind the counter admitted that he did find a brown wallet and proceeded to pull it out of his backpack and return it to him. This is not an honest place of business. Ive been sold horrible quality glass from this establishment also in a separate time from this. Take your business to Botany Bay and get quality glass from honest people.

Ive only just moved to Kentucky and have been looking for cheap, quality kratom. I live an hour away from the shop, so I didnt know what to expect. Cleanest smokeshop Ive ever been in; atmosphere was nice, Thomas was a fantastic dude. We got to talking about life for thirty minutes almost, although he was just sitting down for some hookah as I walked up and I felt guilty for that, hahaha. Excellent prices. I felt right at home and will absolutely make the 45 minute trip whenever I need kratom from now on. Thanks so much, guys.

Worst experience I have ever had at a smoke shop . They sod a defective piece . Literally broke on my way home from buying it . Never even got to use it . So went back to trade out for another water pipe just like it seeing as the breakage was not done on my part . Jamal , the manage on duty was extremely rude & uncaring that he had a VERY DISSATISFIED custom EB. Will be speaking with the owner . This is not the first time someone I know has bought a piece from there & it broke on the way home . PLEASE DO NOT SHOP HERE .

Plain rude kids. No idea what customer service is like, they even made fun of me while I walk out the door and said I would never come back. I work in retail, and I would never let a customer leave without try everything to make them happy and comeback. They never have the juice I like in stock. Dont waste your time. They dont even care about helping you find the right kit to quit smoking or find the juice you like when you are new at vaping.

Theyre new ecig section of the store is great, they seem to be up to date with the latest ecig products and have fairly good knowledge about them. Great prices too.
