This place is awful if youre actually looking for tobacco products. The shop is right inside the door at Lexington Center and I think most of their business comes from selling 20oz pops and candy to mall shoppers. They also sell magazines and some souvenirs and junk. If you walk through another door youll get to a small smoking area and humidor. I didnt go in the humidor because I have a feeling the cigars arent well maintained. They had one rack of pipes, a handful of bulk blends and I didnt see any tins. Store was very cluttered. The employee I encountered was stocking the candy rack and acted like it was an inconvenience when I asked her to help me. I know this place is no longer affiliated with the Straus in Cincinnati and Florence KY, but they still use the name. The real Straus should not allow this place to use their name. Im sure this place is fine to go to if you want to buy hustler magazine, reese cups and coke, but if youre looking to buy pipes, tobacco, or cigars I wouldnt go here. I recommend Schwabs in Lexington. Its much nicer and friendlier and they know what theyre doing with regards to all things tobacco.

Great store. I was staying at the Hyatt on a business trip and this little Cigar shop was in the lobby. They had great customer service, a nice classy shop, with a lot of Kentucky novelties for travelers and UK fans. And as a cigar smoker I was very impressed with the selection they had. Wasnt expecting much because the store is kind of small but they have an impressive stock of upscale cigars. Will be visiting again!

Not a big cigar smoker, but I decided to step in with my dad because he enjoys them. We were helped in a timely and professional manner and I was even convinced to purchase a cigar or two. Definitely returning in the future.
