Dont go to this place, and if they give u a bad experience call Sears customer service and ask for the # to report their employees, ok I purchase a 4K tv I get the floor model was big and I save few hundreds ok the audio didnt work sounds terrible and then go out they knw because they want it to sell me the sound bar, I returned next day just to find out they want it to charge me 300 and something "restocking fee". After almost one hour fighting whit electronics manager I ask for the store manager I was to get all of my money back no matter what they also give me the receipt whit the refund less the "restocking fee" and some print papers about their policy, I decline to accept it, I end up getting all of my money back and I will report those guys, dont let those people take advantage of u

very bad online shopping experience, customer service is not honest. First canceled my order after payment & confirmation, then promised to honor same price for comparable item and encouraged me to put new order, but after I put the new order, they rejected to honor the price even they agreed that they had promised me to honor the price for the item I ordered. Called the customer service to cancel the order, then was told they couldnt cancel the order, though they could cancel the first one! Really regret that purchased many big items from them before, will never trust them again. Be carefully when you thought sears is big store and will not lie!

Horrible customer service! After waiting five hours from my prescheduled appointment to get my car into the garage, Auto Center reps told me they had the required components in stock, disassembled my car and then told me they couldnt complete the work for another three days until they ordered the parts - the same ones supposedly in stock. I had to take an Uber ride home. Simple auto service turned total nightmare! Id give them zero stars if this survey would let me!

Buyers Beware. If you buy a washer/dryer from Sears and they ask you if you want "them" to deliver/install....think twice. We didnt. The installers they sent were CONTRACTORS. They broke a water valve while installing. It is now a week later. Sears (the store) says they have "nothing to do with it." Nobody from Sears claims has returned calls, although they will promise you that they will call back. It is all on you. We will NEVER EVER buy from SEARS again.

I just came in there with my wife to buy a washer and dryer combo and possibly a mattress too. Sales reps were too busy on their phones to help us out. We walked past them again on the way to the mattresses and they were still glued to their stupid phones. I forgot since Im 26, I cant afford to buy appliances so I shouldnt be taken seriously.

Want to travel Back In Time like Marty then go to your neighborhood Sears. When I visit Sears "Because Im Forced To" it feels like Im back in the 80s. To bad its not priced like the 80s. I always wonder why this place is still open. What can I say about this place is that they usually have what you are looking for but thats about it.

Worst Customer Service EVER!!! They took about 3 weeks to ship my item, once it arrived it was completely destroyed in the inside, this was after what they call "quality inspection" was done. Now they owe me a refund for over $3,000 and i am the one that have to call them AVOID this store.

Did some shopping while i waited for my car to be serviced. Free WiFi and a comfortable shopping experience. It seemed like the store was going out of business but there were so many deals and coupons available to use right on the sears website.
