I ordered a corsage from this business for my daughters awards. Sad to say when I opened the box the morning after I picked it up and placed it on my daughters wrist one rose fell out, and then the glue gave way causing the corsage to fall apart. The one sales girl (she had blonde hair) was super nice about it, and generally felt bad. In my mind the damage was done in that my daughter was crying at the start of her ceremony. There was one woman who came up front to look at it and was very rude and abrupt with me. She asked me "is the awards still going on now?" as if she was going to hurridly glue it again. The other woman offered to give me a refund which I took, and she gave me an arrangement for my daughter which I greatly appreciated. But on the way out I caught the other woman (who was an african american) giving me a glaring dirty look. This was three days ago. When I called today to see about my credit, the rude woman answered the phone and was very rude with me. Because of her way of handling and speaking with me, I will not be using this florist again. I was going to because of the other sales clerk, but because this other woman was so rude not once, but twice, and was abrupt as if I was a nuisance, I will not recommend this place. Sorry folks. Not to mention the roses were a little brown around the edges and for the price the corsage was very small, I do not blame the first woman or the owner, I blame the one that put it together, and the second woman who came up front in such a rude manner.

I called and ordered an arrangement for services just hours later, and Taila was wonderful at helping me decide what I wanted and was very patient with the complicated message on my card. I wont be able to see the arrangement, so I cant testify to those, but the customer service when ordering was wonderful. (If I hear that the arrangement was beautiful, I will change it to 5 stars.)

Not only was the staff friendly but they went out of their way to accommodate my special needs on a very busy day for florists It was the day of my daughters prom and we requested the morning of prom a wrist corsage with no exposed metal due to allergies The ladies quite happily became inventive and created a breathtaking wristlet that was admired by many that evening!

Very sweet! I told them i was going through a tough time with my gf and needed some flowers to express how i feel but also looked elegant. I told them i needed it for that same day 2 hours later and they did a phenominal job. Very pleased with the flowers and the great customer service. I will definitely use them again!!!!

My sister ordered flowers for my birthday. It would have been a beautiful arrangement but the yellow roses were almost dead when I recieved it. Now two days later they are all dead. You spend alot of money for these flowers. They shouldnt be dead already the day someone recieves them.

Terrible. Ordered flowers for my wifes anniversary. Specifically told them to make it a morning delivery. They said "no problem." here it is 4:30pm and still no flowers and we have to go to our dinner reservation. Never again will I use this place. Use your money elsewhere.

Called earlier today to ask for a special arrangement. The gentleman on the phone said they could do it and I could pick it up right after lunch. It was ready on time -- and its beautiful...exactly what I wanted. The service in the store was great. I will shop here again.
