This is one of the worst edible arrangements store Ive ever seen. Do not spend your money with this location!! You will be sorry!!! I placed my order for Valentines day 3 days ahead of time for a delivery between 9:30am-10:00am. I received a call from the store at 10pm the night before delivery (store was closed at this time) to inform me that they could not guarantee that particular time for delivery. Accepted that it could not be delivered in that time frame, but close to that time at least by 12 noon. 1pm no delivery. 3pm no delivery! Call the store at this time and no one answers. Called again and a fax machine picks up! 5pm no delivery!!! (Fuming at this time) Called the store and no one picks up! 7pm no delivery!!!!!! Now Im done!! Call to cancel my order, and no one answers!!! My order arrives at 7:52 pm!!!! The store closes at 8pm. Called to speak to the manager of the store and was very unapologetic! The justification given, "we were very busy and we had a lot of deliveries " What???? I asked for a refund, because I called to cancel the order at 7pm, in which no one would answer the call, the store manager refused!!!! Unbelievable!!! Do not order through this store location, you will be sorry you did!! Dont spend your money here!! Once they get your money, they dont care about customer service or whether you are satisfied!!! Stay away!!!

I am very disappointed with your service It was promised that the delivery will be at the same date as i ordered August 01 and the delivery guy did not arrived. Then u sent me an email that told that he had arrived at the clients house and left a note which was not true. My man didnt see any note on the door You ruined my surprise and we did not have a choice and my man came to the store to take it right now You know in our days all of us have cell phones so the delivery guy should call before he came like he did today now i understand why your store has such a bad reviws at google 1.9 (2 stars) You need to do a homework im not going to make another order from you after such expirience I also send 4 emails yestarday noon to the store and still i got no answer back

Only leaving one star because I leave 0. Made an order on friday for delivery on sunday. Order never delivered. Called several times no one has ever picked up the phone. Corporate filed 3 cases to get delivery and no solution. Tomorrow will mark day 7 of awaiting delivery. BUYER BEWARE! Do not do business with this store. My mother missed out on her mothers day gift this year. This store ruins holidays, and it seems they could care less. Will not be doing business ever again with this store. Depending on if the delivery ever goes through, Im not sure I will even use edible arrangements again.

This store provided me with one of the most dissatisfying experiences since Ive been doing business with Edible Arrangements. I placed an order before 12:00 noon to be delivered the same day and I was assured that it would be delivered in a timely manner only to call and find out that it would not be delivered on the same day. I was then promised that it would be delivered by 12:00 the following day and that promise was also not kept as I only found out when I called back to confirm the delivery time. I cancelled the order and will not be doing business with this location again.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. This location needs to be shut down. They do not deliver anything you order. This is the second time this location has done this to me. I know other people who have had the same issue at this location. Management is unprofessional, and have no resolution for anything. They took my money twice and refuse to investigate the person who delivered the item. Employees hung up the phone twice on me for calling and not wanting to deal with the situation. They say items were signed for but have no idea who from. Please Stay away.

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE customer service! Do not order from this place! They are a joke and basically steal your money! I made an order they claimed to deliver it, it was never delivered cant prove who signed for it and refuse to deal with me. The staff is the most disrespectful and rude staff I have ever come across! Manager is even worse, basically brushed me off didnt had no concern about my issue nor to resolve or work with me. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION.

Just pain ghetto! Customer service sucked. Keith was just incompetent. I called to place an order for delivery gave the address of delivery. The dumb delivery driver deliver to the wrong place. I specifically asked for my delivery to be made after 6pm and once again the dumb delivery driver delivered it at 4:30pm to the wrong location. Needless to say my anniversary was ruined because of the employees incompetence. Ill NEVER order from you them again.

Holidays happen every year on the same days and it never fails that theyll be behind taking forever to find your order. Ordering days ahead doesnt matter because your order most likely wont be ready. Theres no order when you go to pick up. Just whoever they find first. Doesnt matter that I waited an hour and someone else just walked in. Expect your order to be late and to do a lot of standing.

"DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION!!! WORST STORE EVER..ONE STAR IS TOO MANY TO GIVE THEM. I ordered an arrangement for my daughter, and two days after her birthday they have not made the delivery yet, I called to complain, she basically told me tough luck. I had to call the 1800 number to cancel the order that was NEVER delivered. worst customer service ever. "DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION!!!

The people who answered the phone were rude. They seem to not care at all. I was speaking asking the lady a question and she just put me on hold without any warning. When asked when the item will be delivered they couldnt give time frame. I had to have someone go pick it up instead.

Bad customer service, Ashley not too professional. Seems like I was begging for service. Shame on management for not addressing all these negative reviews. You would think that employees value their jobs in these hard time, they are definitely not getting my business ever. So sad

All I have to say is I should have read the reviews before going here. The arrangement was wilted. The sticks peeked out of the fruit and the lady that gave me my arrangement was rude. When I called to complain, she basically told me tough luck. DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION!!!

Worse place to buy, save your money and buy a good dinner, or something else, i beign cancel, with out a call, and the times i get it, its no the best fruits, so if i paying over a 100 dollar, i spect something better, no more of my money i spend in this place, thank you.
