We were in a bad car accident in July and our vehicle was a total loss. My husband was not happy, as the vehicle was his baby and paid off. But, it wasnt our fault and things happen. He did his research and decided on an all electric car. Now, dont get me wrong I would love to purchase a brand new luxury model, but we cant afford that. So, he found one at Ford that was used, but had super low miles and in almost perfect condition. We called and were very pleased with the level of guest service we received. The lady who answered the phone was polite and treated us with respect... loved it. When we arrived the staff was there waiting for us and the vehicle was ready, washed and waiting out front. I was happy thus far. There was no speech about this and that bla, bla, bla... I am in marketing and sales for a living and was not about to listen to a bunch of garbage. Nope! Charles was not that kind of man, he was honest and jumped right into the test drive... Loved It! He was polite, knew a ton about the car which was aweosme and did not give us the run around, NICE! When we can back to Ford, he let us sit in the car alone to discuss. Which I loved because the last thing I want is to discuss this matter in front of the sales person. He gave us our space... PERFECT! We went into his office and there was no this and that, it was right to the point and we were ready to start the process. Charles was so polite and professional, honestly I have never met a car salesman like him before. I honestly wish all were like him. I hate it when car sales people are pushy and annoying, I will just leave! He was amazing! We did purchase the car and I was very happy with the entire process. If you need to purchase a vehicle, ask for Charles you will be very happy with your service.

The service department did a good job on my car and really helped me out. It needed repairs that were covered under the warranty. Chuck is the mechanic who helped me with my car and he helped me make arrangements with getting a temp car to drive while mine was in the shop, this included getting Ford to pay for the temp car since my cars repairs were under warranty, and he made sure my car was available in a reasonable amount of time. The only thing that holds me back from giving 5 stars is that I had to specifically ask for the temp car while mine was being repaired- I feel that all customers should be offered this even if they dont know to ask because if it is available then I think it is fair that everyone is given the same care, but that is a management issue, as for the service department mechanics themselves, I have to say they were great. Chuck went out of his way to get my car back to me as soon as possible and he explained in detail what was wrong with it as well as explaining that Ford extended the warranty on my type of car. Ford showed me that they do stand behind their product and Chuck showed me that this is the Ford location that I need to refer to my friends.

I recently purchased a used car from Harrold Ford. The car was sold AS IS; however, after a couple of days I noticed that the windshield wipers were bad, the car began to hesitate every once in awhile at the stop light, and the alarm had a glitch that caused the lights to come on after it was activated. I immediately called Harrold Ford and emailed them. I received a call directly from the Service Director, who in turn had his service manager call me to make arrangements for me to take the car in for service. They were very ethical in their dealings, provided excellent customer service and fixed my car at no expense to me and even did the littlest thing to replace the wipers. They also provided me an all expense rental car while I waited for the repairs to be made since they had to order parts. I have purchased quite a few cars in my life time and have to say I am very pleased with Harrold Fords business ethics. I believe most dealerships would have said to bad. The car was as is with no warranty purchased. For their excellent customer service and business ethics I give them 5 stars and would highly recommend them.

Ive finally decided to buy a truck and have been doing some research online about the different ones. My first visit is to Harrold Ford to test drive one of the higher end F150s. After the test drive Im asking the guy for his best walk out price. He seemed new to the business so he gets his manager who comes out and asks if I plan on buying today. I said no, but Id like to have a price so I can finish my comparisons. He tells me if Im not buying today he cant give me a price!! Talk about a terrible sales job!! Make me want to buy it today!!!! After wasting my time I just got up and left!! Worst sales experience ever. I dont even work in sales and I could do a better job than that!! He told me that the reason was because next week the deal might be better. Well at least give me your best shot today and then if I still didnt buy it, call me next week if the deal gets better!!!! Moron! Dont waste your time with them. I had heard bad things before and now have my own story. Truth is, Im going to buy that truck, just not from them!!

I just read this persons review. I see that they like to prey on older people. I see management has not responded to this persons issue like they have with other reviews. My Mother is 86 and drives a Ford. I was going to recommend she take it in there for a oil change. I think not now. ""BEWARE - Watch yourself with these guys. Im 78 years old. I thought I could trust them but That was my mistake. I was not shown all the pages of the contract I signed, I am very unhappy with how this has turned out - I ended up signing a lease for the car I thought I was buying - My Prius and $15k for a 2016 ford hybrid but They got me to sign a lease contract instead of a sale. Paying about $30,000 instead of $15,000 and for a 3 yr lease. They really conned me and they don’t seem to want work it out. They said they fired those salesmen but that doesn’t help me.""

Best dealerships in Northern California. I came in to trade in my old fusion. Which i didnt think was possible to get of my old loan. Awesome guy Gummy online sales manager . Finance guy Brian and Chris sale guy Lance made the deal happen. I will be coming back they won my business for life !!! Got My new 2016 ford fusion with lower rate and payment. I never thought in my life going dealerships I would enjoy it plus having a 8 month baby with but I did .. They are truly best dealerships because they care of customers experience,plus they take time to make you feel like family. Few days later receive a postcard with the picture I took with my new card in the mail . I have to say is best customer experience ever!!! Thanks I love my car! !!!!
