Great customer service!! I never take the time to write reviews but, these guys saved my holiday. My car broke down and BW had what I needed and shipped my parts to my shop fast and got me down the road. These guys are very helpful and friendly people to talk to. If you want to a parts supplier that have knowledge about any vehicle and have just about anything your looking for, BW is the place. They are my one stop shop from now on!! Thanks BW Auto.

I went to get a couple of parts and it took them around hour and thirty minutes to two hours to get me my parts, yes it was raining and I was warned it might take long, but I was their for an hour and a employee only brought me half of what I needed and then I Waited another hour at least. Also the man running the front seemed very on edge and unfriendly, but otherwise great service.

As an automotive recycler shop, it is clean, professional, courteous and much friendly. Jeff, who worked with us is pretty good an attentive to what you need. He also make sure that you are done on whatever he can help you with before he does anything else. Will definitely come back if parts are needed. By the way he is very reasonable.

Bought 2 fenders and a door at good prices. They dont ship to Canada, so I organized shipping myself. I was worried the parts would arrive damaged, but they put excellent care into packaging. I also had to call several times to organize everything, and they were exceptionally helpful and efficient each time.

Rain or shine they got me the parts I needed or told me they told me it would take awhile since they had to pull them from different vehicles and thats good for me. I also bring a picture diagram from Real OEM parts to show them what part I need. Very friendly and helpful service.

I had bad experience with this guys. They sold me a car as good ,but with major transmission problems what might cost a couple thousand to repair. Be aware of them ,they dont let you to test drive a car and they insist on cash payment.
