We purchased an Escalade from Mike at The Auto Lounge, we thought it was a great deal. Turns out, putting $4000 down on a $4500 vehicle wasnt enough to warrant getting tags for the vehicle. The truck had expired tags with a 30 days extension on them that expired the following month. We never received tags. We called and asked several times (6+ that our history shows) about the tags and payment and he was going to get information about the tags and get back to us for payment with the tag info. 6 times, same response that hell get back to us and never did. 3 months later he repod the car for non-payment then still states that he doesnt need to get tags until we pay $116... We have filed a complaint with the Stockton DMV Investigators, San Joaquin District Attorney and with our Lawyers. DMV and Lawyer both state that we are in the right, DA hasnt responded yet.

Im having the same experience as the last reviewer, excpet I bought 2 cars and dont have tags or title for both!! Ive been waiting for 6 months now. Not to mention car a broke down after excatly 31 days with a cracked head and car b has been to the shop 6 times for the a.c. and it still doesnt work!!! This is a shady car lot, dont buy anything from them! I wish i could leave no stars!!!
