we bought our jeep from them and were told that they had it in the shop and that eveything worked great, only 4 months later the back window wouldnt roll up and the air conditioner shut down because all the wires were melted! when i called they said that they wouldnt repair anything, then after a fight they say ok well take it to the shop, and after them having it for 5 days finally look at it and tell me the extended warranty wont cover the electrical $120 and that since it had been 4 months they company wont fix it. not to mention our 100 deductible for the window. and now i have to take it back in because the same problems are starting again so it was never fixed!! please shop somewhere else or youll get ripped off.

If you purchase a vehicle that has a GPS, make sure the Disc. is there, & if not, get it in writing that it is not there.. I purchased a truck and they told me it had GPS, so I took their word for it, got home to find in a few days that the disc. was missing... They say all vehicles are sold as is,, but they do not have a paper on the window saying as is.. Be careful they will trick you anyway they can, to sell a vehicle.. It not like they dont make enough money as it is , now, you would think they could at least suppy the items that are suppose to be with the vehicle so you can operate everything the way it suppose to operate. Pretty bad when you got to lie to sell vehicles.. Think twice before lookin there....

I would like people to beware what you are buying from this lot. We thought buying an o6 silverado with low miles from a lot that claimed safty was our best bet. We were wrong. Yes we have had the truck for almost 2 years an the rear end goes out. Ok it happens but the fact that once we had the rear end out of the truck they had by past the emergency brake an now the shop thats trying to take care of all the other problems we are now having because who ever they had install the lift an heavy duty rear end tampered with the computer. Make sure u check EVERYTHING when making a deal with these guys.

I rated it 1 star but if I could give it a negative I would. I went there 2 weeks ago looking for a car. I found the PERFECT car. I waited 2 weeks to get the car through their shop and detailed. They told me the day I found the car it would be $4,200. Then I call them the day I was suppose to pick the car up and they tell me its DOUBLE the price we settled on. I went there asking for the owner and they refused to let me talk to them. They also threatened me. I will never ever look at a car there. I also will tell EVERYONE I know to never buy a car from there. TERRIBLE PEOPLE AND TERRIBLE BUSINESS

DO NOT GO HERE! Would give this place a negative star review if I could. They bullied my mother who went in with cash deposit and looking to leave with a car. After she realized that she was getting royally scammed and ripped off she said she was not interested. They then proceeded to harassed her and verbally abuse her. What kind of douchebag threatens an older woman? What kind of business allows this? This douchebag sales guy should of been fired on the spot for mistreating a customer but his colleague backed him up.

I listed my Jeep Wrangler on Craigslist and was contacted by Sal from 5 Star Auto Sales. I didnt know at first that he was from a dealer, but he was very fair and educated me on sellling my car to them. Sal gave me a fair offer and I brought the Jeep to them. All the gentlemen at the dealership were personable and great to work with. The paperwork was done within 20 minutes and they paid off my loan in full! So easy and I would go to them to buy a car, if Im in the market for a car.

Would give them a negative review if i could. They hid hella scratchs with wax so when i got my truck washed for the first time the wax came off and all the scratchs were noticable. Took it down there to see what they could do since i just spent hella money on this truck and they just brushed me off.... never again will i go here. And ill make sure i tell everyone i know!!! Horibble buisness... Dont go here go to roberts! I repeat do not go here....

Didnt like this place.. My dad got a car from them at their mchenry location nd they had terrible service.. No patience for my dads questions. And once my dad started backing out cuz he wasnt getting good financing they started threatening him. Then a guy came in (not sure if it was the owner) nd he started yelling at my dad. I felt bad for my dad.. Bad business! U should never yell at customers. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

The customer service is okay; however, they slack sending documentations to dmv. Called three times and nothing was complete. No one should need to contact DMV and dealership regarding why documentations are not complete. Smh. This is unacceptable being a autoshop. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone. If Id known, I wouldnt purchase a vehicle from them.

Never Again, my father had businesses with these arab rip offs. They sell homes as well as cars and between all their family they steal from families who dont know anything. Bought a car and no it only worked for a few months, even after all the touch ups we made to the car.
