Used car dealer. Some are great, some not so much. The more experience you have with them, the more you know what to expect. Unfortunately, my college age son has never dealt with used car dealers before. I sent him to BBL because they had a car on the lot that I felt was a good deal financially. They took it for a test drive, and afterwards spotted a different car and took that one for a test drive. They fell in love and decided that that was the car they wanted. Of course it cost more than my budget, but they loved it, so I told them to request a Carfax and if everything looked good I would purchase it for them. They asked about the Carfax, and the dealer told them that he had a copy, that the title was clean and made it seem like it was no big deal. Of course, my son didnt realize that he should have looked at it himself. I pulled up the Blue Book Value based upon the information I had. The car had abnormally low mileage and for this reason, the dealership wanted to charge extra. I felt that was reasonable. Once they had purchased the car and had driven back home, I pulled a Carfax on it just to keep in my file. I could have kicked myself! Not only was the title not clean, but there was odometer fraud listed right there in big red letters. The dealer of course, had no problem selling this car to my young son who was completely clueless about the entire process. If I lived closer to this dealer (Im 8 hours away) I would have taken this car back in a heartbeat! Ask to see the Carfax!! * Just tried to trade-in the car on a newer car. The dealer said he would give me 500 bucks for the car. So basically it is worthless without a clean title and we are stuck with a 7K piece of metal that needs a new engine. No point putting in a new engine since we still wont be able to sell the vehicle with fraud on the Carfax.

Back when I first turned 18 and had no credit I was drawn to BBL from an ad I had seen for a jeep cherokee on craigslist. I came onto the lot and asked about it, Robert was very cool and showed me the vehicle without trying to talk me into anything else (rare for a car lot). I told him about my age and having not had established credit, he happily told me that I had credit through him. We talked about the payments, he didnt haggle me on the price and he didnt ask me to pay more per month than I was comfortable paying (once again very rare for a car lot, when I bought my motorcycle from somewhere else it was a disaster). I ended up putting a down payment for the jeep and drove it home that same day. I came in to make the payments to them and they were always very nice and they left a great impression on me. I drove that jeep for years without any major mechanical issues which was rare because it was higher mileage and a used vehicle I got a very very good deal on (eventually it was hit by a drunk driver and the drivers insurance paid me more for the vehicle than I bought it from BBL for). I will be back someday, I drive by everyday and I always look for the beautiful cadillacs with the vogue tires. Someday Im gonna buy me one.

My boyfriend bought a car from BBL a few months ago and hadnt had any problems with it. His car broke down on him one night and it ended up there was a short in one of the wires going to his fuel pump. He took the car into BBL and had 2 guys work on it all day until they figured out what it was. For a total of $398 they "fixed" it. We went to Spokane less than 2 weeks later and had the same problem! So we took it to a shop in Spokane and come to find out they never fixed the problem at all...all they did was clean up the wires and wrap $3 worth of duct tape around ALL of the wires! Worst part is after confronting BBL, the owner said he has never ripped anybody off in his life and wouldnt even pay to have the car fixed even though it was their fault it broke down again! I would NEVER recommend this place to anybody! The owner is a cheapskate and has everything n rigged to get by.

I bought a car from BBL over the internet without ever even driving it. I told the owner what I had to put down and how much of a payment I could afford and he worked with me to make it happen! When I arrived to pick it up I was treated very well! After I left the car ran hot so I took it back. Again, I was treated exceptionally and the owner not only fixed the few minor things that were wrong with it (which in a Cadillac can be very costly) but he then delivered the car to me out of town the following weekend. I highly recommend buying a car from BBL Auto and I will be back for a car for my daughter soon!!

I had my eye on an older pick up truck, when I got there the sales rep advised me they looked the unit over top to bottom. I took the truck for a drive and had my own mechanic look it over. What they found was almost scary, there was almost $2000 worth of repairs needed due to parts leaking, falling off and in one case there was a part in the engine which was not even attached not to mention parts were held on with zip ties. They were trying to sell the truck for $2000 and you couldnt GIVE the truck away with the things that were wrong. Be careful of these guys.

I highly recommend BBL if youre looking for an affordable, and reliable car. Robert and Jude Bonser and their team are amazing! They were very helpful and understanding. Definetly recommend his services!
