Shady. First car I bought there with Ruben great deal and service. Ruben doesnt work there anymore so second guy I bought a truck from totally shady. Truck I bought had DVD players in the headrest that were included in the price. Forgot to check to see if they worked before I signed the contract. After signing the contract I used a DVD from the salesmen and found out the DVD players didnt work their was no remote or headphones for them either. I told the salesman they didnt work and his response was well you already signed the contract and walked away. Bought an Escape from them last. They told me theyd give me $9000 for my trade in and in rebates. When the car was delivered a week later and I began reviewing the contract I saw that they only were giving me $6000 for my trade in and rebates. They didnt even plan on telling me and tried to sneak it in the contract. Unf ortunat ly I bought the car, brand new and have nothing but problems with it since I bought it. Everyone I take it in service department wants me to leave it for multiple days. Very rude unprofessional service department as well. Will be receiving no further business from me.

Buying a car is usually something most of us dread. Ive always hated the pressure, double talk, and the back and forth with the sales manager.. Seemed like every time the deal was finally completed my head was spinning, and I was left wondering what had I just got into.. At Paso Robles Ford with Aaron as my salesman, and Scott as the Sales Manager, I actually enjoyed the experience of buying a car for once.. With Aarons non pressure, no nonsense to the point style, along with Scotts obvious experience, and trust in his sales staff, the deal was seamless.. There were no hidden costs, or conditions I was unaware of when I finalized the deal with the Finance Manager Jim, who was also helpful and in step with the rest of the team.. I drove away assured, happy with the purchase of the car, and would definitely do business with them again..

Could not be more pleased with my car buying experience. Greg was laid back, well informed and very helpful. There was no pushy sales pitch, no "let me take this offer to my manager," just a solid offer right from the start and a very pleasant experience. In and out in about 2 hours. There was a slight hitch when the vehicle didnt have the hidden hitch like we thought it had. Without us even having to ask they ordered it installed, picked up the truck and then dropped it off when it was done. That is great service! Ive never felt loyalty to any car dealer but after this experience (and with all the great vehicles Ford is putting out) the first place I will shop for my next car will be Paso Robles Ford.

Brought truck 95 f350, to repaired, basically I already knew it was a issue with my cam position sensor, I gave them the exact symptoms which they supposedly diagnosed and couldnt find problem, so I brought the truck home worked fine that day, but the next day, guess what? Trucked started and died and wouldnt start, so one more tow back to ford service center. But before that I even replaced the c.p sensor myself. But still had a non-start. Crossing my fingers, they found that it was the wiring too the sensor. Im happy that theyre able to fix the problem, but they shouldve spent more time troubleshooting, and wee bit expensive. Only reason 4 star.

My experience with Paso Robles Ford is outstanding. After nine months of researching and making my final decision, I chose to buy Ford truck even though I am a Chevy guy. I recently ran into a problem getting my truck smogged the state required a STAR certified station of which Paso Robles Ford is only one of two in town.
