Guy behind counter was rude to me. I didnt get his name unfortunately, however it was on 10-13-11 and he was the only guy I saw working. I tried to buy a case for my DROID and he offered no help. He simply said we dont have any. I found some on my own, and opened an un-sealed box to look at it and make sure it fit (was for Droid X2, I have Droid X) before purchasing it, and he then told me you have to pay for it if you opened it. I simply put it back same as it was. You couldnt tell it was ever opened! He mumbled as he walked away from me saying you shouldnt have touched it. Excuse me? Its an accessory for my phone I was looking to purchase! Needless to say he lost my business not only for the case, but also for my 3 personal lines and for adding new business lines to our company as well. From now on I will only visit true Verizon Corporate Stores, (not this 3rd party Fake Verizon Vendor Store). They treat me right and act professional at corporate stores and let you try on a case without threatening you.

I just found out they pulled a fast one on my ex wife last month. They ran a promo on a tablet at xmas Free with phone and she was upgrading so she agreed. Salesgirl told her no charges for the tablet on wifi usage. She failed to tell her about the add on fee and that she added a phone line to it!! WTF so I just got that bill and have a $60 upgrade + $10 a month for number. Tried to get Verizon to cancel but they were of no help. I will be visiting this store to see that salesclerk!

Yet another experience with Verizon that resulted in them not fully disclosing charges that can occur from changes to your plan. Net result for me from the associate is an extra $20.00 per month that I have to pay until my original contract end date, even though I have a new contract now. If you do go to this store ONLY deal with the store manager.

Representative lied about free tablet. He even reassured me that my bill would not change. This tablet is now on my bill costing me $20 more a month AND theres a early termination fee. Now Im stuck with a crap tablet for 2 years!

Fantastic customer service. Very helpful and quick! beats waiting for 2 hours at mentor or mayfield. staff was very helping in fixing my phone and upgrading my wifes phone. Best verizon service i have had in a long time.
