They dont deserve to be in business! Very bad company, very bad service, very bad customer service. I left my Samsung galaxy note 3 to be change just the screen glass. Usually it takes 1 to 2 hours for this job to be done, but the guy in the store, Joe, told me that the phone it will be ready on Sunday, the latest Monday the 18th. I was ok with that. Ohm, and you have to pay before the job is done! Anyways I came in on Monday with my receipt to pick up my phone around 1pm. There was a manager in the store with an employee. I hand my receipt to the guy, he went in the back and came back with my unfixed phone. They didnt even knew that that phone was in the store. I could not believe my eyes, so I asked them for my money back and my phone. The manager, her name is Mickey, came up to me and start asking me questions like ,,can you tell me what happen", ,,can I get a chance to fix the problem". Ok, I told her yes but I want my phone to be fixed by the end of the day. She told me she will notify me when is ready. No one called me, so I went there by 7:40pm. She gives me the phone. They replaced the screen horribly. You could see the water spots under screen. The main button was wobbling and uneven. It was completely inside. They broke my digitizer and my LCD. I gave them my phone back and I told them that I want my phone fixed. The manager she tried to turn all the mistakes they did on me and tried to argue with me about all this. They still have my phone because they did not fix it properly. Its been a week already. I called the corporate office to complain about it. The lady on the phone told me that someone will call me back and no one did. Looks like the company hires just anyone and not technicians people who just finish High School. They suck as a company and in customer service. I was so ready to call FOX35 on them, so the rest of the nation will know what a Awful Company they are. Please, do not waiste your time and money! Go somewhere else.

A truly mind blowing experience that was smartphone repair. While in an extraordinarily brutal water balloon fight with my adversaries, my beloved space-phone became a casualty of war. Afflicted with the ability to not turn again, I knew that Cellairis Device Repair & Accessories was my go-to store for my mobile technologys ailment. And the speed that they worked! I was barely able to finish my plate of Kung-Fu Orange Chicken at the local food court before these wizards where able to repair my afflicted device. Thank you Cellairis Device Repair & Accessories. My grandchildren will sing songs about this day. Five Stars

Based on my one-time experience with the Cellairis in Walmart on Turkey Lake Rd in Orlando, I could not recommend them more highly. They were very thorough in fixing my iPhone screen, performing tests, and making sure every function worked before I left the store. They are very professional, provide extremely efficient service, and are friendly throughout your entire visit. If you can, see if Phillipe is working - he is the absolute best, both in guest service and phone repairs. I now have a one-stop destination for all future iPhone repairs - thank you Cellairis!

Ok so this is my first time here at this store and location and I have to say that I am highly impress with the service that they provided me ! the prices are unbeatable I must say better than going through my provider insurance. I highly recommend this place for anyone that has cell phone needs far as cracked screens battery replacements etc... oh did I mention they give out free glass screen protecters ;) awesome !!!!!!! #EPIC

They replaced my glass on my iphone 5c and then I could only make calls on speaker and headphone jack no longer worked. I called customer service 3 times before someone called me and told me to call the direct location. They didnt give me the number so I called a 4th time and they gave me a bogus number. DO NOT TRUST THEM!!!
