Made an appointment online for 530 on a Monday evening because I was scared I wouldnt get seen after reading everyones reviews. Walked in at 5 and was acknowledged by a rep named Ivory within 2 min. I was put on the list for being helped. Was eventually helped by Joshua all within 5 min of being there. Every rep was helping someone and a few people were waiting. Bottom line I was in and out painlessly which never happens!! And noticed every customer after me was helped timely.

Had an issue with a brand new screen protector the employee applied on my phone yesterday. When I went to see if they could help, my wife and I received attitudes and a lack of care to assist. When we could be helped by a manager, she had an attitude and even dropped my phone when trying to wipe it off. Glad Im a Verizon customer, because I never want to deal with this unprofessional store again.

Customer Service is horrible at this store. I returned phones on the 14th day because the service was so bad and now, I am in collections because the store manager, Jessica, wont do what she said and take care of the issue. I have been down to the store at least 4 times on this issue, called her and emailed. If i did business this way, I would be out of business.

Any time Ive been in this store Ive been ignored when I walk through the door. The way the employees handle things in this store is ridiculous. Its like dealing with circus clowns. Ive been in many AT&T stores in the years Ive had service with them but this store has the worst customer service Ive ever experienced.

Worst I was ignored when a young lady walked into the store. I had been waiting 4/5 minutes. Several employees acknowledged me when i walked in. So if you want to be IGNORED that is the place to go.
