If I could give these thieves 0 Stars, I would. Fortunately for them, the nice young man in there named Erin is the only reason I didnt cancel 3 new phone orders this week. Two iPhone 7s and one Galaxy S7 Edge! If you do go in, watch out for Evette as she will flat out lie to you as I found out. Also, be wary of their tactic to get you to turn in your old phone. We owned our old iPhone 5S and 6, but we got a call 3 days after we picked up the new 7s to be told we were required to turn in our old phones or be charged up to $500 per phone. We would up spending our time and gas driving to the store after I spoke with Sprint to find out what was going on to get the same story. Some guy with 5 Star Cellular told them by email we needed to turn in our phones. I know I wound up losing my cool and was asking for the name and contact information for the guy telling them this, but got not cooperation from Evette. After 2 phone calls in the back room to this mysterious member of management, she came back and finally confirmed we actually did not have to turn in our old phones. My next step is to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau for their unethical business practices as this is the third time I have been lied to by this organization. But I can assure you it will never happen again. I am done with 5 Star now and with Sprint when my contracts are up.

Very slow and I find that very very frustrating also the lady that helped us with our cell phone issue was rude wouldnt make eye contact with us and was laughing and joking with the other employee and customer in the store instead of paying attention to us while we were in the store, I felt that we were being a bother to her for even coming in, the service was very very impersonal if i could give a 0 rating I would, also at this point i am considering terminating my service and we currently have 4 phones with this store I will without a doubt tell my friends and family to shop elsewhere

Go to a different store! I signed up for a buy one get one free deal for 2 LG V20s and have been charged over $120 extra on my bill for the last 3 months. They finally told me today they couldnt do anything to fix my bill and I would have to continue paying for both phones. I will be canceling my sprint service this afternoon.
