We were shopping for a new phone provider and after a horrible experience at T-Mobile next door, it was late and we were just ready to go home, but my husband said lets just go check out Sprint. We walked in at 7:30 not realizing they closed at 8:00! We walked in and it was obvious the two salesmen were ready to go our guy immediately saw us coming in and sprinted to the back to take his coat off and came running back out and asked how he could help us!! We said Im sorry are you closing, he said seriously no worries how can I help you! We told him we wer looking to get out of our current plan with Verizon and switch but were shopping around and asked if he could help us!! He was the most knowledgeable sale rep weve ever experienced.. without even looking at a computer he started spitting numbers at us and after we offered to come back he invited us to his station and started imputing our info so he could show us exactly what we would be getting into if we decided to go with sprint.. needless to say its 9:00 and were walking out with brand new phones, a great plan, a bill were very happy with (50$) cheaper then Verizon and I seriously do not think any of this would have happened without Markell!! He got us cases, glass protectors, new I phone 7 plus s!! Were thrilled!! He sat with us for an hour and a half, and all while helping entertain our crazy 17 month old daughter who was running around laughing and playing the whole time. Also the other sales rep (TJ) came over and helped out towards the end, he also stayed the whole time even though it was 1 hour past close, he offered my daughter snacks and a drink from his own personal lunch, and he was also just such a nice guy, helped activate and trade in our old devices!! Im telling you 100% we would not be sprint customers if it werent for these guys.. if your already a sprint customer or if your looking to switch seriously go to the stow store and see Markell and TJ, but especially Markell!! Ive never experienced customer service like it!! Im in the customer service industry and Im telling you he is amazing!! We have a sprint literally on the corner by our house and we will be driving the extra 20 mins to see him if we ever need anything again!! Thank you guys!! SERIOUSLY!!

My experience with the staff at this store has been absolutely horrible. The staff will seem friendly, but dont be fooled. They can sell you things, but they are utterly incompetent when it comes to actually meeting your needs as a customer or servicing the sale. We were outright lied to with regard to the amount of our monthly bill even though we gave the rep a monthly amount that we didnt want to exceed. When we asked the rep to confirm what the regular monthly charge would be the rep told us he would follow up the next day and proceeded to take the next day off with no follow up. We went to switch a line to a different phone and the staff were so incompetent that it took over an hour and a half to make the switch and an additional line was erroneously added to our account in the process. We spoke with the manager about our concerns and he did follow up with the sales rep, but then proceeded to be completely unhelpful with regard to our concerns. We went to return two tablets that had originally been added to our account under the guise of being within our monthly budget even though they werent and the manager refused to do so because we didnt retain the original boxes. We were told by the manager that there was absolutely no way to process the returns without the boxes which we also found to be untrue when we called customer service ourselves while we were still in the store. The manager made no effort to call customer service on our behalf to try to rectify the situation. Its really disheartening that we even had to call customer service ourselves despite the fact that we were already supposed to be in a place where people could directly help us. Do yourself and/or your family a favor and avoid this store like the plague!!! Find somewhere else to take your business because youll only experience disappointment, incompetence, and a complete lack of regard for truly meeting your needs as a customer here!!!

This place is abysmal and has given me nothing but headaches and problems. We signed up over 4 months ago and over this time period I havent had a consistent billing cycle where something wasnt screwed up by these guys. We somehow went from a 4gb plan to 40gb plan without being told or asked, then assured it was impossible because that plan isnt even offered anymore until we brought the bill in to show them. It took 2 weeks for them to correct it which consisted of paying the massive charges and then getting credited which again wasnt even done correctly. On top of the billing issues, we also signed up when they had a contract buyout which still hasnt been received. I have gone to this store and talked with almost every employee there about 2 times a week trying to get this sorted out. All Ive gotten was some garbage about "Having to email their boss, well call you in a day or two and give you an update" I havent gotten a single call from a single employee, I have no idea whats going on and its the same garbage every time I go in. If theres anything I can say about this place its dont even bother going in. I dont know a single person who is willing to try Sprint now because of the terrible service Ive received and I honestly completely regret switching to Sprint myself. Save yourself the headache and hassle and just keep going until you find a different place.

Friendly and helpful service! I got to this location a little early before they opened and Trevor was nice enough to talk to me before they opened. This meant a lot because I had a few questions about my policy and only had a short amount of time. I ended up upgrading 3 phones and adding a line of service. At this point there were 3 associates helping me and my family expedite this process to make it as quick and simple as possible. The best part was right before we were leaving he knew it was my little guys first phone and gave him his extra case. What other cell phone place has ever done something as nice as that??? If you are switching to sprint or currently have sprint this is where you want to go! The level of service far exceed my expectations, thank you Trevor and of course the rest of the staff for a great experience. Btw I dont normally write reviews but this deserves to be mentioned.

I give this rating of two stars because I purchased two Samsung phones last year in the fall. I was told it was the bogo free deal. But I was and still is being charge for the second phone. The manager of the store has told me many times he was going to correct the situation, then I was told I would get a sprint gift card for $500. I never recieved it. I have left messages at the store. I have also talk to the manager on ohi e and in person and still he continue to lie to me about the gift card. Since he stated the gift card was becuz when I purchased the phones the deal was actually over. Even tho for months after I was told I was just waiting for them to adjust my bill. Long story short, I continue to be lied to by store manager at Stow, Ohio and now he does not return my calls. I am still trying to fix the situation. Im thinking maybe calling corporate headquarters and the news
