I have been to several phone stores around the north east ohio and this place def knows what there talking about all the time they are very truthfull and honest about everything and up front no lies no gimmicks straight forward and thats the way it should be and to top it off they are always the cheapest in prices I have called places time to time to compare prices and they are still always at the average price or cheaper but in mose cases cheaper they have me as a long time customer

I am a mid aged guy who used to be an IT tech (since 80s). It is nice to have someone to ask a question, who can actually comprehend what I am asking, instead of drawing a blank. Especially when the question is about a feature of the new phone, which change so often (but I have to have for work). It is also nice not to be ignored when I walk into the store, and walk out with a pleasant experience. (at the price, waiting on internet order to arrive cant beat).

Bought a phone the phone kept overheating had to take the phone back charge me $25 to bring the phone back in poor customer service I also paid to have another phone fixed never got the phone fixed ended up getting my money back I would not recommend this company service establishment to a dog do not go unless you want to get ripped off and not get your services fixed or resolved

Jan 7 2016.... Nothing good, they cheated my friend out of $20 by saying that they were putting in a new sim card but they didnt and used her old sim card in the new phone. A BUNCH OF CROOKS.
