Family of 3 with leased phones came in to port from postpaid to prepaid and split into 2 separate accounts. I have to compliment Carissa for her diligence..this was going to be an involved visit..she got us through it very well..I had to leave my phone to finish transferring all my contacts, pictures etc and she used her wonderful expertise to fix a couple of problems of my own making and helped me also fix a problem tied to my voicemail that has been going on for 2months. She has a persevering bent that wont rest until its done and you are happy. Everyone is very friendly there, Corey is also very good.
