Poor service at this Eustis location. Would not help me contact Apple to unlock my account. Took a 5 minute phone call and I could have purchased my new phone and transferred all my contacts etc. HUGE thanks to the Mount Dora store who handled my purchase very professionally.

Since my cell phone doesnt work, it would be nice if the store hours indicated whether or not the store is open today, rather than "4th of July might affect store hours". Other than that, I always receive great service at this location.
