Waited in line for way too many minutes May 28, 2017 at 1:40 PM. Stephen was the cashier and new, trying his best. When he needed the manager, Theresa, she was nowhere to be found. When someone told her to help him, she said she was on break and it wasnt her job. She was a complete jerk to the employee and embarrassed him. She complained to the customers the entire time. This problem should be solved with the owner. Stephen is a great employee and deserves better training. This manager Theresa needs to be dealt with appropriately.

Bad customer service. I was trying to use store coupons and they didnt even know their own policy. Smh. Then still forgot to put my $5off $25 . I was treated like a theif. Why put coupons out of we cant use them! I wrote Corp about it. I encourage anyone who has had a bad experience to do the same.

My experience at dollar general was terrible. The mood was depressing, and all of the workers looked like they didnt want to be there. I do not recommend going there and instead go to the CVS down the street.

The coupons they send and the sale prices advertised rarely ring up at the register and they dont honor them. Poor customer service
