I only gave this CVS a 1 because they had no lower numbers! I went to pick up my sons prescription this evening and the woman and man behind the counter were very rude and inattentive. She called walking away that it would be 100$ when I told her my son had Medicade as a secondary insurance and it should be covered she told me "well weve never had that information so theres nothing we can do" (because I didnt have his card with me).. she informed me very rudly, if I found his card to go to another CVS that stays open later or shed see me in the morning. . . I got his social and went to another CVS and they were very caring and helped me find his Medicade info and I was in and out in about 10 minutes and didnt pay a dime! I will NEVER use this CVS again! Every time Ive been here, they have been very quick, trying to rush or making you wait forever, not paying you any attention. The other CVS acted very kindly, like I was a regular customer that theyd known forever! I dont know theyre names because I didnt care to look but just because its almost time to get off of work doesnt mean that someone else doesnt have a very sick little boy at home and needs that medicine! She should straighten up her glasses and look very carefully in the mirror and try to wipe the arrogance out of her personality! No, I cant afford 100$ prescription and that doesnt make me less of a person than you that you can cold shoulder! Im surprised anyone still uses this pharmacy the way they treat people!

I live so close an yet I will never use them again after consistant rude and slow staff/pharmacy. Took them all day for an antibiotic that was called in early in the morning and try to lie to me about it not coming in when I was standing in front of them person calling it in! Pharmacist wasnt at all worried about the lack of care/turn around time. I have so many stories and complaints about this cvs to many to list dont waste your time here.

Dropped film off, was supposed to take a couple of days, ended up taking 4 weeks, when I would call and ask about my pictures, they were very rude and said computers were down and it wasnt their fault. I paid $15.00 for 27 pictures! They were of terrible quality. I will never go there to get pictures again and their staff is horrible!!!

Terrible customer service. I called and was put on hold. I was on my way there and just wanted to confirm my rx was ready. I got in the drive thru and there was not 1 customer in their drive thru or the counter and I had been on hold for over 12 minutes. I am changing pharmacies. No respect for my time at all.

I have to use CVS per my Insurance and being this one is the only one near my house I use it for convience. I have a problem EVERY time I go there. The staff is rude and could care less about any concerns you have. A whole new staff is needed.

Went there last night and the employee Jason was sooooooo rude..I then had to deal with the rude manager who called the police and lied..This is ridiculous..This store really needs to be shut down..Or new staff Is definitely needed..
