I was returning 2 frames (unopened). I wanted was a credit towards my next purchase. I did not have my receipt. Informed by the rude clerk that the policy is to take 20% off the price of the return because I did not have a receipt. No where in the store or on any receipt does it say 20% will be deducted. The clerk was almost screaming that I needed to read the return policy posted near the register. I told him to read it - it does not state that 20% will be deducted from the price. He continued to scream that it was in writing. It was not. The store was crowded. Everyone heard the encounter. So beware, the so called store policy is not in writing and the staff is rude. Michaels has lost a customer forever. There are plenty of other stores to get the same junk that Michaels sells. An unopened item that is going back on a shelf should be easily returned, especially since I was purchasing additional items. Customer Service does not exist in this location.

This is a new Michaels with the stores new floor layout concept. Personally I prefer the old layout, but otherwise a nice store. Note, the location of the store on this Google map is WRONG! The store is actually located SOUTH of Hwy 50. It is in a shopping center on the corner of Hwy27 and Steves Road.

Robot rivers

They need to lower their prices to get more customer. I went in here once the stuff here is pricey. I once tried buying markers I picked lots of colors as they rung up the markers it costed a hundred something. I only got 2. They need to lower down the prices for people who want to buy.

Dont even waste your time going to this craft store in Claremont it is absolutely awful no one works there one single bit no one ever has time or is on the floor to help you out and the employees know nothing about their own products
