Matt, the store manager at this location, has been a vital part of my satisfaction with AT&Ts customer service. His professionalism, personal dedication, and willingness to go the extra mile speaks volumes and is a human light in a world of computer-generated billing and phone calls to detached representatives halfway across the country. If you havent decided on a brick-and-mortar AT&T location, youve just found your match at the corner of Ackley and Pearl in homegrown Parma Heights. ;)

Interesting how this store has different standards than the other AT&T stores. This location will charge you $35 dollars to activate a SIM card. Any other location in Cleveland will perform this service for free. I will continue to drive the extra mileage to other AT&T locations and purchase new devices. It is a shame that the manager Troy Dooley does not know the definition of going above and beyond for a customer.

Horrible customer service. I simply wanted to purchase a new phone because I have been eligible since January. The representative was not helpful and very misleading. He told me that my monthly bill would be increased even if I chose an older phone. The visit was a complete waste of time. I went online at home and was able to purchase the phone with no additional monthly fee.
