Worst experience in my life! Dont go to this store, worst service ever. I ordered my phone there and they put the wrong address and the UPS could not find the address and i called them and they said they are going to take care of this and call me back with the update status. They never called me back, instead i received a notification from UPS that had to return the phone to the sender (which is the phone manufacturer). I called the store and the customer rep, AISHA, did not apologize and being so rude and dismissive, yelled at me and hang up the phone! I tried to call her back and she did not pick up the phone. She did not provide any solution to the problem, she was being very defensive because she was the one who placed the order and out the wrong address. I get that people make mistake, but as a customer rep, she should own her mistake and apologize to the customer. Instead she was defensive, dismissive and very very very rude. I regret that i went to this store. Worst Customer Service ever....ever...

Even worst sprint store!!! After leaving fairview I came to lakewood and boy did this take me over the edge!!! The guy walked out the back after I was there 1 min of me being in the store. He pulled up my acct after I say i want to upgrade to this phone. He then tells the phone is $50 dollars more and I would have to pay half my activation fee ($36) in store. Arent activation fee only $36???, so thats means I would pay double!!! I then asked to speak to a manager he then smirked an said he was the manager. His name was Esa this guy was a total con artist. The other guy there working was helping someone and esa kept being inappropriate with the young lady. I then aid give me your card im reporting this and he smiled and said good for me.. Little insight everyone the fairview park and lakewood stores are owned by same company horrible stores and service id rather shop at best buy the prices are tens time cheaper.

Went into this store and everything started off great, traded in our phones for a new phone and switched from Verizon to sprint. (WORST MISTAKE EVER)! the manager never took are trade in phone for the new phones had to pay that out of pocket. said he was going to put in our discount thru our job, never did that either! said he was going to wave our activation fees, yea never did that either!! called customer service 8 times, talked to 8 or 9 different people spending hours on the phone getting no where!!! I would say deff DO NOT SWITCH TO SPRINT!!! may look like a good deal but isnt and to top it all off, the rebate card doesnt come for 12 weeks?!?!?? you get one month to pay other phone bill not 12 weeks, so have to go out of pocket to pay these termination fees! IF YOU GO TO SPRINT DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!!!

Worst experience ever. The sales rep, KJ, lied directly to my wife and I multiple times. The first lie was about the amount we would be paying monthly, turned out to be $100 more! Then he lied about our "free" tablets that cost us $15 a month-- EACH! Then when we tried to fix it over the phone we were told we had to go to the store to get a promotional code. Went and spoke to the manager Andrew who was no help at all, and who lied also - see a company pattern? Oh, and they are FAR from within 1% of Verizon, another Sprint lie! All in all I would NEVER recommend Sprint to anyone, ever.

This has been the worse experience and horrific service from salesbRep Brain Hetrick. He is very rued, inconsiderate and a liar. I went in the store and purchased an iphone 7 , tablet and eccessories. I was told one thing in the store and when i got home i went thru all the paperwork and accessories. Brain is slick, he gave me the wrong phone cover and when i went back he said that there were no returns on accessories. I can go on and on with all the issues and terrible customer service. I plan to escalate this to upper management.

EXCELLENT SPRINT STORE!!!!! Best experience I have ever had at any phone store, these guys were extremely helpful and honest! They did everything I asked and sooo much more! Make sure you switch to Sprint and stop in the LAKEWOOD STORE, ask for any of them....I had interactions and help from all of the representatives : Mike, Jose, Vishal and Andrew!!!! Great experience, I will never go anywhere else again!

The jerks that worked in this store told me I could pull out of my brothers contract since I never used my upgrades and my conrtract period was over. That was a LIE straight out.. Then they talked me into this piece of crap samsung replenish knowing full well this phone is about equal to 2 cans and string. This location has questionable business practices, pick a different store!

i went in there to move from verizon to sprint. they had me put my verizon password into their i pad and the guy took it and went into another room. I told him that I felt uncomfortable about it and three employees surrounded me and called me a spaz and said I was "lucky" insinuating that they would beat me up. That was a horrible experience.

Excellent Service. Been to many sprint locations over the years. This is by far the most helpful. I was not eligible to upgrade and my phone was broken the guy gave me a phone to use for a month till I was eligible. Never has any other store done that. Thanks Sprint Lakewood!

Best Sprint store hands down! They take their time with you and answer any questions that you have honestly. Even though I was in the store longer than expected it was such a pleasant experience that I didnt mind. Go to the Lakewood location you wont be disappointed!
