I have been a customer with Sprint for four years. They have the worst network and the customer service is terrible. However I had stayed with them as I had the unlimited data plan and used a decent amount of data, where it was actually available which is pretty much nowhere. But back to the review. I had my account of four years with four lines in it, all smartphones with it comes a bill thats more than my car payment. I am currently in the military and am moving overseas so I needed to park two of my lines and the other two were looking to be renewed and buy two new smartphones. I was speaking with a gentleman named Zev or something like that, who is perhaps the rudest person I have ever met. I inquired if he could help me out with the two lines that I needed cancelled and also to price out the remaining two lines with new iPhones. He told me that he cannot help with the military issues as that is something that can only be handled by calling in. So turning to my other two lines he was unable to help us with any of the questions we had, we asked about pricing and he didnt know any of the costs of plans and said we would see the costs when our bill came in. We asked about the specials on the signs and again he had no idea about any of it. So finally we get frustrated with his rudeness and lack of competency and decide to head over to Verizon, he hears this and chuckles and says good luck. So we left and went to Verizon. Sprint service is already bad but the employees at this store lost another 4 customers from sprints increasingly shrinking customer base. However I do want to thank Zev for giving me the final push to leave Sprint.

The techs at Ridge Park Sprint seem to be annoyed when you come to them with an issue and the first thing they want to do is wipe your phone completely. I went in with a GPS issue and the girl said there was nothing she could check, install or do without just wiping it first. IMO that is lazy. I left and went to Best Buy and they were very helpful and did a few things with software and adding a new app to try to get my gps to work better. The two blonde tech girls at the store are rude and not helpful at all. If I had another store that I could get to within 45 min I would go there instead, but this is the only corporate store around me. I miss the tech people that were in North Olmsted when it was a corporately owned store. I will say that the sales people were very nice but they probably work on commission and it is in their best interest. The techs I am sure do not so they dont need to care how they treat or talk to people.

Amber, their tech support employee is terrible! I am shocked she even has a job or anyone would want to employ her with her attitude!!! I have never heard of or had a worse experience ANYWHERE in my life. She is so rude, along with her manager... (very smart not wearing a name tag cause your name would be listed as well). NEVER go here for any reason what so ever... Sales, Tech support or anything! You will be treated like crap! They try to make everything seem fine and that your the issue! I have called sprints main customer service to inform them of the situation as well so that the issues with this locations employees is handled properly.

Carlos is fantastic as a manager here! He has fixed my screen protector multiple times. Today he was top notch. Went in with a cracked screen protector, he recommended a gel protector which he put on expertly and he also gave me a new tech case as mine was discolored. Honestly it doesnt get much better than Carloss amazing customer service! He is friendly, knowledgeable and honest. Id give 10 stars to him if I could! Thank you Sprint. Much improvement over my experience with the store this phone was purchased from. I will go to no other branch in the future. Brooklyn Sprint is it!

Im a manager for another Sprint store this stores service tech is atrocious, he procrastinated for 2 hours to tell me my screen was cracked. He was on the back smoking a cigarette when I needed my phone looked at after he saw me come in and new I needed to get help I often get complaints about this store, honestly though Im cool with this stores service being bad it just means other sprint stores around the area that are competent can pick up the traffic this store loses Not great experience waste of a whole day

I gave them my phone as it was backing up, per their request. On my phone, there were pictures from my brothers wedding from the prior week. I got my phone back and the most recent backup was from 4 months ago. I lost all of the pictures i took from my brothers wedding. The only thing I can think of is they cancelled the back-up in order to start diagnosing this issue with my phone. Not location specific, but since I switched to sprint in January I have had nothing but problems. Going back to verizon

Walked in the store and was immediately helped by Z Musa. I came in to upgrade my phone and he was more than helpful. He was great and got straight to the point, he explained everything so well and helped me make my decisions. He sold me everything for a fantastic deal! It was clear that he cares about his customers and wants the best for them. From now on, this will be my go-to Sprint store. Once again, Z was an amazing associate. Best service I have had.

Had an issue with my phone and brought it in. I needed a new replacement phone. The guys and gals there were very helpful. Wes, Jensen, Marrissa, Z and Zel and the rest of the gang really worked hard to get the new phone to me as quickly as possible. They truly care about the customer.

Rude employees my phone mic was damaged and I went in there to order a new phone and was told if my phone breaks again I cant get it fixed even though Im paying for the protection on my phone every month and the guy said it in a very rude tone

Im not sure what these other people are talking about, this store is great. They let me put a pair of Beats on my phone bill and pay it off over 12 months. ZERO INTEREST. Are you fn kidding me?? Id give 10 stars if I could.

nobody knows what they are doing. . customer service sucks few months ago had a problem with my phone service tech cracked screen and told me it was not his fault.. recommend going to N . Olmsted or steelyard
