If there was great customer at this location I must have had the 4th string! After receiving a txt from Sprint to upgrade my iPhone, I thought I would just drop in . The service representative said she would list me in the line up and it wouldnt take but a few moments. The store was filling up with more people and I was still waiting. I asked for my place in the queue and was told I wasnt even listed ! 35 minutes later I decided to take my business elsewhere. The outlet over in Winter Garden village really has much better service.

This store is complete bullshit they told me that i had a 12 month lease on my phone.. After a year i come to find out when i turn it in its a 24 month lease this store is complete dogshit also they never gave me my rebate when lg g3 had the promotion of getting 150 back they said call customer care and customer care tells me to come back to the store .. The wait time is horrible also you might as well drive to winter garden because they are a 10X better store then the clermont location

HORRIBLE. My girlfriend and I spent nearly two hours waiting(After signing in) and watching at least 10 different people be helped seconds after walking through the door. There was not a single seemingly-intelligent or remotely knowledgable person working in the store. After waiting as well as voicing complaints and being ignored, we canceled our service and switched to At&t. I would advise any and everyone to stay as far away from this place as humanly possible. -Cheers

I called to get more information about switching on to sprints phone plan , I called someone answered then hung up... so I called again and spoke to a lady and was very rude she didnt mention her name but was rushing the answers and having attitude and speaking to me as if I was stupid.

Very patient staff, I had to make multiple trips because I did not have enough information to get my dads phone unlocked because he forgot pass-code. Ayawa, Jennifer and Daniel was great in helping through the process. Thumps up in my book.
