IF YOU ARE CONSIDERING A FRAMILY PLAN, READ THIS FIRST My experience, still ongoing, has been a nightmare. I, my wife, my daughter, my son, and his wife wanted to set up the Framily Plan. Four of us also wanted new S5 phones. Two of us were already on Sprint, the others on Verizon. After we were assured that each of us would be separately billed, we wanted to sign up. This required an incredibly complex set of actions on our part, including trips to the Verizon store and two Sprint stores (because some are "corporate" and others are something else) which has taken 14 HOURS SO FAR! No exaggeration. It has also required about an hour on the phone with a Sprint "customer service" rep, who had no authorization to help us in any way, and about a half hour holding for a "supervisor" who eventually admitted she had no authority to do anything for us either. Then an hour on the Sprint website which required photos of our drivers licenses and other personal information, but was nevertheless unable to complete the transaction correctly. Next my son and his wife had to return the phones they purchased, undo everything they did, buy new phones, and everything was supposed to work right. Instead, Sprint was unable to transfer their numbers. My son went up the chain and they were assigned a temporary new number with a promise that their original numbers would be transferred the next day. They werent, and now they promise the transfer will happen maybe within a week. We will believe that when it happens. Neither the staff at the "corporate" nor the "other" Sprint store showed any sign of caring about this problem, or any concern about fixing it. They put most of their effort into directing us elsewhere instead. The phone number for customer service is a complete waste of time unless you want some polite sympathy from someone who cant help you. Throughout this ordeal we conducted ourselves in a calm and civil manner, just wanting to fix the problem. No yelling, cursing or other rude behavior. There were times I wondered if they were trying to provoke an angry outburst so they could wash their hands of us. We consciously refrained from giving them that excuse. When my contract is up I WILL NEVER SIGN UP WITH SPRINT again. Incidentally, on the Sprint website you can navigate to company policy. One part says the CEO has an open door policy and highly values customers. They give you his email address. But another part of the policy says customer complaints will be screened out and he will never see them. We still dont understand the distinction between "corporate" and "other" Sprint stores. The one at Westgate is an "other", even though it looks more like a corporate store than the actual one in North Olmsted. Neither one could set up our framily plan the way it was advertised, promised and purchased. We are seriously considering legal action to prevent this from happening to others. Our experience has also been a clear violation of the Consumer Protection Act. Still want to deal with Sprint? I wish you luck. Youre going to need it.

I wish I could give zero stars! Too bad I didnt read the reviews before I visited this store. The manager "Giles" has HORRIBLE customer service! I am not sure how he even became manager! DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT do business with this Sprint store! I went in to get an iPhone 7 plus and to add another phone to my existing line. I was trying to port a number from another Sprint account onto my own. They did not know what to do, and the manager was not too enthusiastic about trying to find out. I had been in the store for over two hours and left with just an iPhone 7 plus and a mountain of aggravation! If the new phone was not already on my account, I wouldve left it there and went elsewhere with my business. Needless to say, I did not get the other phone or line Id plan on getting. I get way better service when I purchase my phones from Best Buy so that is where I am going. NEVER EVER AGAIN will I go to the Sprint store at Westgate. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

Terrible customer service. The sales rep was condescending and acted like I was an idiot for choosing the options I did, or for even asking any questions at all. My questions were just an annoyance, getting in the way of them trying to sell me a phone. Furthermore, the sales rep did not know the details of the plans well. I asked about what my best options were, and he couldnt help, didnt have any suggestions, and didnt offer me options. I had to point out a particular deal that they had plastered all over the store in posters and explain to the sales rep how it SAYS the deal works.

This store tried selling me a used phone at 199.99!! The sales guy kevin left for an hour to go get it and he came back reeking of marijuana. I was checking the phone out the battery was not even sealed nor the phone box. There was pictures in the phone and recent calls. I then asked to speak to a manager and some guys name scott came out and insisted on telling me im wrong that whats on the phone were demos!!! He also seemed to whats they call "HIGH". I will never go back to this store again. I will stick to corporate stores where I know i will not be screwed with

Probably my best interaction with a Sprint Store ever. Kacey Rose helped me out and was fantastic. She was super informative and took me through step by step how to set up my new iPhone 5c (which I absolutely LOVE by the way). This girl really knew her stuff. New location in Westgate is fabulous and the customer service is equally if not beyond just as fabulous. Overall, great experience!

Really surprising just how terribly rude the employees at this store were. Rude, condescending, totally laughable, I would not spend a penny at this 3rd party retailer of Sprint go 4 miles away to the Lorain retail branch The owner should have the employees take a class in proper customer service.

Absolutely awful. The store manager there totally messed up my account due to his own incompetence. For the past two months, Ive been dealing with Sprint corporate for hundreds of dollars worth of overcharges due to him. No one is on the same page. Stay AWAY FROM THIS STORE. Go to a corporate store.
