My friends and I happened to be in town and decided to stop in and browse. The Sprint rep in the store was super helpful and one of my buddies decided to switch to Sprint from Verizon. The only downfall is he was promised a $300 retail Bluetooth speaker for free that the rep had to retract because they couldnt pay off his old contract and give him the speaker.

Went to purchase a new note 5 , get the entire order done and his system crashed. Then he tells me i have to swipe my card a second time. Not only did the money come out of my acct i didnt get the phone ....

I actually was going to the RadioShack in the Sprint store. They have accessories that are hard to find anywhere else but online. I needed a simple headphone jack converter and they stock 2 kinds!
