I went to the store just to pay my bill, I was greeted right away by friendly staff and everyone seemed eager to help any way they could. I chatted with the staff and the manager and everyone was just very friendly and genuine, not like some of those used car dealer type places, there was a great vibe to the place. They looked over my account when I told them I was paying my $300 bill for two phones which they said was way too much for what i had. They took their time looking over my bill and even had the manager come over and double check their math. They moved me from an old limited data plan to unlimited everything, got me an amazing deal on two new iphone 7s (My daughter was over the moon) AND got us each a new ipad with unlimited data on those too! All while still DROPPING my monthly bill by $50!! This is an amazing store run by people who know the business and know just what theyre doing. They take their time and made sure all my stuff and accounts made it to my new devices and showed me some cool new things i had no idea i could do with them, I will be back here for all my phone and ipad needs and recommend this store to anyone also looking for only the best.

Didnt seem knowledgeable about the phones theyre selling. This place is pretty sleazy and adds overcharges to your sprint bill. I had to call Sprint directly to get them removed. I bought 2 phones from them. I came back just to return the case still new which is still for sale and they said no. At first they said come back next day when the manager is there. I did and got a no so thanks for the waste of gas and time. Wouldnt even offer store credit or partial credit. Id recommend the new official sprint store that opened just a mile north where the radioshack use to be. The official stores tend to be more customer friendly than the franchise stores because they answer directly to Sprint. Im not buying my next phone from here.

I walked in the store with a common Samsung Galaxy s7 problem. Immediately I was told they could not help me and the two employees carried on a conversation as if I were not even there discussing hours and pay. I they was told I needed to contact Google and Samsung when I asked for the numbers the employee told me to google them!!!! Ridiculous and unprofessional to say the least.

once i came into the store i was immediately helped. the customer service was fantastic,they were able to help me find the best plan and a great phone. i would reccomend this store to anyone and everyone looking for good customer service. they were also very knowledgeable, for every question i had they knew exactly what they were talking about.

Please dont waste your time! Brought my phone in for a simple issue (bad battery) and they tried to solve the problem by wiping my phone clear and trying to sell me a different plan. No one listens or knows what they are doing.
