I took them the first computer because the yellow light on the power button was flashing and the computer would not turn on. When I went to pick it up they told me they cleaned the virus out of it and charged me $110. I figured that must have been the problem and took the computer home. It worked for one day and then it started with the problem again. When I called to explain that it still had the problem with not turning on, they told me that it turned on for them. They removed a virus, which was not even what I complained about and charged me for it, on a computer that still wont turn on! When I took it back they told me it was the motherboard that was bad, why did they perform a virus cleaning then, which I didnt even request? Computer number two(a different one) was dropped off to have a virus removed. When I called in to find out if it was ready they told me the computer never turned on for them! The computer is from 2003 and has never had an issue turning on. I pay the $25 and pick it up and they tell me we didnt leave the machine with a power cord(we did leave it with a black power cord). I take it home and have to use the cord from the printer and the computer turns on and works fine. What a rip off this place is. They apparently are masquerading as a computer repair that actually do not know how to diagnose or repair. They could not fix my motherboard, they could not diagnose my problems correctly and took my $25 and didnt even check my machine! Bottom line dont waste your money or time on these clowns.

I just want to give a shout out to Frenchy, your teck who came to my house and set up my new HP computer, made sure that I had all the bells and whistles my bundled purchase came with and that I had my laptop connected to my remote printer, AND that I was able to print from my cell phone. He made sure that I understood everything before leaving. Thank you soooo much Frenchy!
