Crooks Who Think Customers Lie to them... This company is unbelievable. They sold me a broken computer that blue-screened 4 times in two days. I called tech support and they told me I should try to fix it myself. I sent it back and they charged me a re-stocking fee... on a BROKEN computer! I called to explain that I shouldnt have been charged a re-stocking fee and the MANAGER of customer service told me that the tech team ran the computer for 3 days and it didnt blue screen, so I would still be charged the $85 re-stocking fee. I told her I had called Tech support about it and told them about the blue screens, so they know there was an issue. She essentially told me I must be lying since they didnt see it happen there. I asked if she thought it was possible that the tech team just didnt use it in a way that caused the issue to show itself. She said, no that is impossible. Unbelievable. My only recompense, now, is this review, which is going on every site I can find. What an incredibly ignorant way to run a business.

Buyer Beware. I didnt do my due diligence when I ordered a custom deskstop from Acendtech, I should have researched the reviews for this company before ordering. BIG MISTAKE! When I got the system, I turned it on, nothing happened. Only the lcd indicators came on. I called Ascend Tech so called tech support, and he had me go through everything that I went through and pretended to act dumbfounded that it wasnt working. He gave a lame excuse that maybe the processor was unfitting during shipping, yay right. Its amazing how OEM systems are shipped around the country and around the world and they work fine when they get to their final destination. Anyways, I discovered that the motherboard has a short int it and the hard drive is bad. Im going to replace the board and hard drive out of my money even though I already paid for it just so I dont ever have to deal with these crooks again. Check Consumer Affairs website on Ascendtech, BUYER BEWARE!!

BAD BUSINESS PRACTICE! Ordered part on 2/1, est. delivery was 2/8. By 2/9 ascendtech hadnt even provided a tracking number yet. I had to call ascendtech to figure out where my package was. THEY DIDNT EVEN SHIP IT YET! They admitted it was their fault, but they didnt ship it any faster. After elevating to Maria, the Sales Manager, I was told that they shipped it AFTER I contacted them, and that they did NOT ship it any faster. Now itll ARRIVE 5 DAYS LATE AT THE EARLIEST. When they realized they were negligent they should have shipped it overnight. The only resolutions I was offered was an extended warranty (no use) or a $12 refund on a $85 part. This is neither an acceptable resolution for the inconvenience ascendtech caused my company and client, nor the negligence on their part. Now my business has to explain to our customer why their parts will take another 5 days to arrive. AVOID THIS COMPANY!

Hello All - I am a new customer to Ascendtech Inc., and I recently purchased an ECS MoBo from them(Model # G41T-M7). I purchased it on Feb 11th and received it quickly in the mail, 2 days tops - on Fri the 13th(Oh My!!). I received this MoBo and all its parts in great condition, and saw that the USPS hadnt bent up any corners to the box as well. I have since set-up this MoBo as my kids 1st computer, and it is up and running with no hiccups or problems what so ever. Ascendtech Inc. has shown this 1st time customer that Im just not a number to them, and have answered all my questions when I have asked - Thanks Ascendtech Inc.....

We bought a motherboard from them on a popular auction site. We received the board, and unfortunately, the DC jack was bad. In the order we also received a prepaid shipping label to return the board if there was any trouble. We checked the form to just send a replacement board and, as promised, they sent us a replacement. This time it worked perfectly. I am so impressed by their customer service department and the above and beyond service with the prepaid shipping label in the first shipment. Thank you for everything! I look forward to doing business with you all again.

fast and confirmed shipping orderd a fm2 cpu and it works like the new one I own. came w/o a heat sink but that is good for I wanted to use a aftermarket cooler anyway. they even include a return form and...... paid ups shipping lable....... how awsum is that. needless to say cpu worked greet and I didnt nead it. ran hard for a week w/o issue so should be good for the long haul. I have bought many items from this company , mainly cpu,s and not one issue over the many years along with good cost savings to boot along with saught after models of popular hardware.

I ordered a motherboard for my HP laptop. Received it a day sooner than expected. I inspected the package upon arrival. The motherboard was packaged great, and was professionally removed from the original system. All connectors were in good shape, and there were no physical issues with the board itself (scratches, missing stickers, or nicks). Once installed the motherboard worked flawlessly. All ports work as they should. Will order from again if I am in the unfortunate situation where I need a laptop part and dont want to spend jacked up HP prices.

I ordered a logic board for my Macbook Pro because of it was advertised as reconditioned and by far the best price. I received the board in a timely fashion and had it installed. There appeared to be a problem and I contacted Ascendtech requesting exchange. They immediately replied with return instructions. In researching the problem I found that the data cable had a loose connection. Ends up the logic board was exactly as advertised and the communication was excellent. I highly recommend Ascendtech for their quality, rapid response and integrity.

Ordered a refurbished mother board, the usb 3.0 controller was not functioning. After many attempts to enable the controller to no avail, bundled driver cd, or ECS website. No fix was found. Surprisingly, inside the box was a prepaid return shipping tag, along with a form to fill out. After filling out the form, away it went. This is were they shine, as soon as Ascendtech received the motherboard they promptly credited my account. Typically this is where the headaches begin. I will definitely keep them in mind for future purchases.

Ascendtech is a company I trust when buying computer parts at lower prices and getting high quality items. I have now bought from them twice. Both times I bought Full atx intel motherboards from them and both within 10 months of each other. They have great communication and are friendly and helpful. If I need thing that they are selling, I will consider them before any one else on ebay. I have 19+ years with computer hardware tech work and know high grade when I see it. Thanks Ascendtech for all you do!!!
