I got a flat screen TV from them and when it delivered there was no remote control so I called them only to keep getting put on hold. I eventually hung up and two weeks later went and bought a TV from Walmart. When I told them to come get their TV they were very nasty and upset that I was returning the TV. I will never deal with them again.
