I was not seeing text messages from my daughter, sent by me or from her and after spending 2.5 hours on the line with AT&T turning on the phone, turning off the phone, checking settings and and and...the phone ended up no longer turning back on. Totally frustrated, I stopped in at SCI and asked if they could help. Shawn was at lunch and when I returned, the phone had come back to life but the text message problem was still there. Shawn made certain that all of my data, pictures and contacts, were backed up and had my daughter double check the settings on her phone before he reset the phone to original settings. While he could not tell me why or how the problem happened, hie fixed it!! I am thrilled that he stayed on it well past closing time to fix my phone and did not charge me a kings ransom for the service!! He is my go to guy from now on!

Brought my phone in to replace the power button. Brought it home and proceeded to restore and jailbreak again. Pop my SIM card in.. searching.. no service.. searching.. no service.. searching.. no service. Well what do you know.. you broke my blue inductor coil! If you cant disassemble an iPhone without screwing up the one main gentle component, why are you running a phone repair shop! Granted this review is late and I have about four other phones now, but I always tell people to steer clear from here. The guy was rude and had like four kids and his wife running around behind his little desk. I can do better from home.

Great service , could have told me I need expensive parts or repairs, but they are a honest shop and did what my phone needed a cleaning... in and out in under 20 minutes .. AWESOME
