I had my phone screen replaced 3 weeks ago. I was told that the bottom of my phone was "bent" and it could cause issues with the replacement. I took a level to the phone... it was perfectly straight. So I had my phone dropped off and was told they were closing early due to the holiday. The doors were locked when I arrived and I had to wait 2 days to pick up my phone. Ok. Understandable. So I was charged $200 + tax for the pickup. Ok. One week passes, and there are scratches all over my screen. My phone case covers the screen and I dont have long nails... so how did the scratches get on my new screen? I brought the phone back in and was told they could replace it again... for $185. Like I am made of money. The "warranty" did not cover scratches that appeared after 2 weeks. Ive had the phone for 8 months and have never had a single scratch on the screen. So another week goes by (as I am saving up for a screen protector) and more scratches appear. THE SCREENS HERE ARE CRAP. The material has to be much softer than factory screens. You can buy a kit on amazon for $70 and do it yourself cheaper. Dont waste your money on the phone ambulance products.

I was just at the Phone ambulance in Independence yesterday at around 2:45pm with my Iphone 5c that had a completely destroyed front screen and i was out of the store with my phone completely fixed at about 3:30 pm. The guy who was working there was so helpful and nice i would absolutely go there to get any type of work done on my phone! he made me feel very secure about leaving it with him as well as when i was going to take it home making sure i knew it worked and if any problems arose i would be able to bring it back and have them fix it. I had called around to many different places for the past month trying to find somewhere reasonable to fix the phone i even drove to Millcreek mall in Pennsylvania if anything there was cheaper but Phone ambulance by far was the best priced screen repair i could find and i love it there! extremely fast and efficient and amazing customer service! :)

I had an awesome experience here! I walked in ten minutes before it closed and the worker welcomed me and had no problem helping me out. He even stayed after close in order to fix my phone. He was very friendly and accommodating when anyone else would have been annoyed with me coming in so late. He also knew exactly what he was doing when it came to my phone. I got the screen replaced on my iPhone and it looks completely brand new. They also had an awesome selection of accessories that were reasonably priced. I got my screen replaced and a new charger for less than any other place I looked for screen replacement alone. The location is also great and easily accessible. I will definitely be recommending this place to anyone in need of phone help!

I had been searching for someplace to get my sons iPhone 5 screen replaced other than the Apple store which is far away, expensive and generally inconvenient. The service had to be same day, the price reasonable, the employees professional and the location not a fly by night kiosk in the mall. I was pleased to stumble across Phone Ambulance on the web. The reviews were good and the price reasonable, so I gave it a shot. The gentleman I dealt with was professional and courteous and had my sons phone screen replaced in 20 minutes. With so many choices for screen repair/replacement, Phone Ambulance proved to be exceptional.

The Phone Ambulance did a great job repairing my iPad screen. My screen cracked, then completely shattered just before Christmas. I originally called the Garfield Heights location to inquire about repair costs. They were nice enough to refer me to their Independence location; which is closer to me. I took my iPad in for repair and picked it up the next day. The iPad was as good as new and the repair cost was reasonable. Each staff member was courteous and friendly. I highly recommend The Phone Ambulance for any of your repair needs.

I have used Phone Ambulance before (I crack my screen way more often than any human should). They are quick and cheaper than doing it at Verizon. I am not going to spend $250 on a new phone, which is what Verizon wanted me to do because they wouldnt off the service of just fixing it. But I like the Independence store even better than the other one that Ive been to because they fixed the screen faster (it only took a half an hour!!), charged me less and even offered to charge it for me if I wanted to wait.

We sent the phone in to repair a broken LCD screen we knew it would take a while to be completed because they had to order a part. We were never notified that it was repaired when we finally got the phone the screen was poorly taped to the phone and I dont know what happened but the battery life on the phone is now terrible. I dont know how we send in a phone to get a simple repair and have more issues with it when returned. Never using theyre services again

My husband cracked the screen on his phone so I called to get an estimate on price and length of time it was going to take to fix it. The guy I spoke to on the phone was very friendly and helpful and gave me a price and an estimated time to complete.We dropped the phone off at about 4:15 we picked it up at 6:15 that same evening. The phone looked great and was the exact price they quoted. I will be telling everybody I know about this place.

I had a great experience at Phone Ambulance Independence. I was referred by a sales guy at Apple. I dropped off my iPad for repair on Thursday and within 24 hours they had it ready for pick up. The screen was cracked so bad but they fixed it to brand new condition. The staff was helpful and friendly. It was a great experience. I highly recommend this place to anyone who needs an electronic repaired.

This place is great! Very knowledgeable yet friendly staff. I took in my 2 month old LG G3 that I had dropped in a parking lot. Needless to say I was upset but they assured me it could be fixed. They repaired it within the 24 hours quoted and I lost nothing on it. Price was as quoted. It looks and works like new. I will definitely recommend them. Great staff and great service.

We dropped our daughters phone off right before Memorial day for her screen. Her screen looked like a bunch of spider webs that shattered. We picked it up today and it looks just like the day we bought it . I would recommend CPR to anyone awesome place. Charlie was even nice enough to put the screen protector we brought in on for us...

The employee at the store was extremely helpful and approachable. He knew what he was doing and fixed my phone screen in the amount of time he said he would. He helped me with all my concerns and made sure to be careful with my delicate phone which was completely nonfunctional. I appreciate the low prices as well.
