After over 4 years of being a faithful customer I decided to go and try another branch. I reserved a game only to find they had sold it out on its first day on the shelves and this has happened more than once. I rather drive an extra mile or two for a better service.

I wish I could only give a half-star. The service was beyond ghastly. Paul, the employee that helped me was unhelpful and frankly quite rude. I will not be returning to this establishment anytime soon.

Absolutely terrible, I tried to return a brand new game and they offered 11 bucks when it was 50 DOLLARS WHEN I GOT IT! Absolutely terrible service as well, do not go there

great store the staff and organization were great, my only problem was how it took me 15 minutes to find a game that released 3 months ago
