I will never go back to this location. We purchased a 55" LED from the chapel hill location and were very happy. We wanted another larger tv and happen to be by Macedonia best buy when they were about to open on a Friday morning. I walked in as they opened, walked over to the tvs and looked for 15 minutes at different models. I looked over at 2 sales people, a man n woman, they just continued to laugh n talk to one another. I walk past them then to the front door to leave, I said to the guy there who checks receipts that they arent gonna sell any tvs if I cant get any sales people to help me. He rolls his eyes and says ya whatever dude and I left. This is totally ridiculous and it needs to be fixed. I looked online when I got to my car and saw other had reviews. Management do something! I have the money in my pocket but will clearly go to another store. Thanks- Ryan

This is one of the worst stores I have been to. Twice I have purchased something from this store, it breaks outside the 15 day limit and Im left without any way of returning it unless I dish out an extra $40 to sent it to the manufacturer myself. If someone from corporate reads this, I hope you do something about it, brick and mortar stores are dying out and put customer service wont help you get new customers. I for one will be telling anyone that will listen to stay away. If you are considering purchasing from this store, look up whatever youre looking for on amazon. You will be happier in the end, even with a slight price difference amazon will take care of you, BB will laugh since they already have your money while you pay another $40 - $100 in shipping costs to return your item yourself.

Its not good, its the best. Dare I say, the BEST Buy. Havent had one issue with the company in my life. This store being one of the best of its kind just puts the cherry on top. Customer service is incredible. Dont like the product? Bought the wrong item? Need to give the wife back money for the drone you bought? 15 day no questions asked refunds. I truly feel like its a privilege to be a customer with them. They wont say things like "were doing this because were nice, so praise us." They just do it for the customer, and rarely ask for anything in return. The staff is more like a team, and it works. Best Buy is setting a bar of excellence that is unmatched by any business today. It makes sense why RadioShack is on its last legs... because these guys know how to treat a customer.

Best part about shopping at Best Buy is their return policy. Other than that, their sales staff is not very knowledgeable, and sometimes outright misleading. They tried selling me a TV that wasnt 4k, but insisted it was. Not only the the manufacturers website show it wasnt 4k, the TVs card also said it wasnt 4k, yet the sales person insisted. Now, although this references one instance, they tried selling me the same way on HDMI cables. In other words, HDMI cables cant control picture quality, as its a digital picture over copper wire. So theyll try to up-sell you on something they should know about, but dont. Dont expect expert advice. TL;DR - Great Return Policy, Unknowledgeable Sales Staff.

Bought a Samsung 60 in 4k tv...2299.99 + 185 in tax 2485 out the door.at the time the salesman said dont worry we have price match guarantee find a lower price we will meat it or beat it...So of course went home check online 4 other businesses had the same tv for 1998.00 NO tax free shipping.....we are talking nearly a 500 dollar difference....contacted the store manager at Macedonia BB ...they only price match competitors with the same price or higher...very convenient I got pressured into buying something that I was told is the best price out there and it wasnt....Consumers beware I feel like I have been taken and cant do anything about it.....Never again

Went in to buy a headset for my PC. Found a logictec wireless headset listed for 39.99. Amazing price not too far off from 50$ listed at various online stores. Went to check out it rang for 90$, so we went back to look at the tag. There wasnt a single tag to match the product. While looking for it a geek squad guy came up and was a complete jerk. Utterly full of himself and rude. THen the manager came by and said she couldnt honor the listed price but would knock off 10$, ridiculous! It was awful. I will never go back there again. Thanks for advertising wrong and putting out products you dont even know if youre supposed to be selling.

Like it only because it it close to house. Took new computer bought from BB via on-line; asked for some information and the Geek wanted to put it into geek repair taking 5-7 days. Then he wanted to replace the computer on the spot even though they did not have one in stock. So would have been more days without computer and they would not save my data for me first without $89 charge. So, drove 15 miles to next BB store and walked out in 20 minutes with everything fixed, all questions answered and bought their 24/7 geek squad help on line - worked very well for wife to get her answers.

Went to Best Buy to check out TV after our DLP died. I had done a lot of internet research and knew what I was interested in. The two BB employees I dealt with, one from Samsung and one from BB, were both great. They were very knowledgeable. I knew a lot about the TV I was looked at from my research. Everything these two guy said was true. They explained a bunch of features that I did not know about. They were both professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I walked out with a $2k TV and is great. Well done BB!

The employees were friendly. I just didnt like how I received my item after it was fixed by the manufacturer. The box was in perfect condition when I sent it out, but was broken when I got it back. I couldnt carry my product in the box it came in after that. They also got my product dirty while handling it. You would think theyd at least send it back the way it came or better....like new. After all, it was brand new but with manufacturer defects that made me unable to use it.

The workers are very helpful and friendly, and the prices are decent. Im unhappy lately with the selection of music CDs. I am very old school because I prefer to own discs to streaming (mostly because I hate ads). Lately I cannot find popular music items in the store. Just last year and the year before I had no issue with finding and purchasing CDs, but recently the collection offered has shrunk to about half its size from what I remember.

My keyboard on my laptop quit working because of a spill. I went to the Best Buy in Macedonia, and they helped me find a keyboard with a mouse to put on top of the old keyboard. It saved me a few hundred dollars for a new computer. Mike was especially helpful. I have purchased other computers, camera, kindle, and I am very pleased. Not all purchased here, but never a problem....
