Use to get all my business stuff done here will never return not even for a paper clip the general manager lady was extremely rude to me when I had a problem her exact words to me was if u dont like it do your stuff at home. And started insulting me. I called corporate and u cannot get a answer I left a message as well. The management talks to customers bad because they abviously think they will not get in trouble for poor customer service. If it wasnt for people like me paying for their services they would not have a business but she made it clear she did not want my business. Thats not how you make money by telling customers to do things on their own.

There customer service is horrible. I had to pay $200 to get my computer fixed. It is working now but I lost a tone of stuff. I had to bring the computer to them twice before they could figure out where all the files were and I dont live close so I wasted a lot of my time. The staff makes you feel stupid if you dont know exactly how everything works. You always have to wait around forever because they dont have enough people to help you. I asked how to reload something on my computer they didnt know how to do it. The best they could do was give me a phone number to call. Do not, I repeat absolutely do not go there for your computer!!!!

The sales are okay, but the service there is horrible. They all are nasty and have an attitude, and they are slow to do anything. Theyre unorganized, and conveniently forget to update their prices to the latest retail prices from the manufacturer of a product. The 3rd gen Apple TV is the best example. For a long time the price for it was $99, but Apple dropped the price universally to $69. This was 6 months ago, and they still price the Apple TV as of this review as $99. I cannot imagine how many people are getting ripped off because of that. Dont shop here unless youre picking up an online purchase.

No excuse for such poor customer service. Dropped off file for two small signs to be printed on regular paper and laminate. I was told it would be ready three days later and could pick up at 11 am. They hadnt even started at 11 am on pick up day for my order. Will not be using their services ever again.

I am always pleased with the service I receive at Staples. The clerks are always ready to assist. The will ask can they help rather than walk past you like they dont see you. Also, if you ask them for help they will and stay with you until its finished. I love Staples!!!

Overall a nice store. You can buy a majority of the stuff for less online but if you need something for the office and cant wait for it, they will probably have it.
