Do not buy from this store. The customer service is horrible, the staff is not trained well, and they do not give you all information up front. Additional fees are added to your final bill that you did not request to purchase. When there is a problem with your purchase the employees are defensive and have a bad attitude when they have to service you. Again - DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE - YOU WILL REGRET IT. This location needs to shut down.

I was employed here the manager trys to force employees to stay at work when you can barely move and have been throwing up all morning. Also has employees get into a dumpster to smash down trash that has alot of harmful objects in it. The manager will also give you damaged product trying to hide it with touch ups and still charhw you the full price. Also has employees that gets drunk during operating hours.

I hate this place . These people are glad to take your money but dont bother to be open on the days and times that are listed . My bill is due today and I went to pay for it today cause I get paid right when Badcock bill is due and they were closed when they were suppose to be open . When I go back tomorrow I will refuse to pay a late fee . Its not my fault they do not comply with their hours

Save yourself the time and trouble and dont purchase at this store. Customer Service is beyond terrible. They are happy to take your money, but reluctant to help if there is a problem. Their products are cheaply made and poorly constructed. You dont get what you pay for with this company. I wouldnt give this even one star, but it wont let me leave it blank. 0 out of 5 stars in my opinion!

We went there yesterday wanting to buy two couches and a lady named Ebony helped us and was amazing and very friendly throughout. I also saw other staff helping customers and they were all friendly as well. Great prices and very good service! Thank you!

Small down payment getting a king size pillow top for little a month so much better than Mattress Firm wants 153 a month for forever and not comfortable bed 149 cleaning fee and wont take bed back till had it a month
