Greg was a very patient, well informed tech, he handled all the issues in a very timely manner and never made you feel like you needed to obtain a college degree in order to enjoy a Mac Book Pro. I love my computer but rely on the experience of the technical people to solve any problems I may encounter, I would welcome anyone to enroll in this type of service contract and not have to worry about the unforeseen things that can come about. The company takes pride in their service and has a staff of very professional employees that work for them. I cant say enough about them and therefore I have given them a 5star rating. I am very much into service people being polite, intelligent and prompt on their commitments, I have only had good experiences. Hope this helps people sitting on the fence, thinking they can fix what may not even be broken.

I can only say the very best things about TIMI RYAN! She recently performed the quarterly maintenance review of our two household computers and was a delight to work with. TIMI has the expertise, temperament, and personal work ethic to succeed in every endeavor. One of our two computers had not been updated or "cleaned" in more than five years. This unit took the patience of Job to bring into the 21st century and TIMI was the perfect person for this task! I was very impressed with her level of professionalism, her dedication to customer service, her technical expertise and her personal reassurance as she undertook a most difficult assignment. It was immediately obvious that Thomas Bryan was well qualified to address the variety of problems that I was experiencing. Not only did he correct all the problems, he answered many questions that I had about complex functions that have given my problems not only with my computer but with my other devices that are linked to it. He is very professional in his work and in his communication skills. I will gladly recommend him and/or any other representative of your group if they are of the same qualification and demeanor as Thomas. I believe that you provide good value fro your service and I shall recommend you to my friends who may have computer problems needing to be addressed

Tom Bryan did a great job. He installed a solid state drive which I needed in my laptop and cleaned up lots.... only issue is with the word perfect and now we are just using the Google Docs. So far all seems to be working satisfactorily. Tom really helped with my phones. I wish i knew why this thing still wants to have the cursor jump around when I am typing... Oh well that is for next time... SFTG is great very responsive and they know what they are doing. I have been a customer for about a year and a half and have nothing but good things to say about them. The rates and services are very fair and the work is always satisfactory to say the least.

Tom was extremely helpful. He answered all my questions clearly, he cleaned up wasted space and permitted me to use my computer . He was clear, concise, simple. And now I can do email and access all my on-line videos for school. I know how to write a school paper now. Tom switched my Notebook for a newer computer that we had in in the house, showed me how to use it and set up both the computer in my office and the Notebook in my husbands office. Being able to complete my summer school work on time will enable me to start my second year of school in September. Tom was instrumental in showing me how to be at ease on the computer. Im so grateful.

My husband and I had a very pleasant experience this morning working with your IT Consultant, Thomas Bryan, who set up our new computer and printer products. Thomas was very thorough and professional in his explanation of the different functions of our new devices and their operations. He not only demonstrated their functions for us, he made sure we understood how to operate them ourselves. Tina is awesome! Not all techs are created equal (both ways) and Ive experienced it all. This one experience has put her as the best of the best (in my book). Unlike the many "techies" Ive experienced, her knowledge is equally good in both MAC & PC platforms. Her interface professionalism is outstanding (listens, comments, & researches (if necessary)). I am both thrilled to have been assigned to her, very appreciative of her help, and wholly confident in her ability. I believe she is truly an asset to SFTG, and I hope she is recognized as such by the company.

We are extremely pleased with their tech, Tom Bryan, who not only fixed our network problem but found a starting to fail hard drive in the main computer. He installed a SSD and loaded Windows 10 boosting the old computer to rocket speed. He also gave a tutorial on Windows 10 and didnt leave until we felt comfortable with it. We highly recommend South Florida Tech Group and be sure to ask for Tom Bryan. You wont be sorry.

David was excellent. Most of all - he found the problem with my hardware that Apple could not! After lugging my large computer into the store for diagnosis, only to be told there was nothing wrong, (and this was after 3 calls to the help desk), David found it in about 20 minutes. Excellent service - professional, patient, and knowledgeable. I will now be using him for my office as well. Highly, highly recommend.

My latest review was by Timi Ryan who did a very knowledgable & thorough review of my computer & spent more time with me than I expected. Their annual fee is extremely reasonable, & I plan to stay with them even though Im in Mass., not Fla. They do everything remotely & it works fine.

SFTG did it again, magic in 10 minutes. Roger knew my problem as soon as I described it, removed Yahoo Search Set and my computer is as snappy as ever. He has helped me several times with computer problems beyond my ability to rectify and he has always been able to get me back to work again.
