I went to the AT&T store to talk about my services for my upcoming move. The sales associate, Chris Estrata, told me that he could get me DIRECTV, U-verse internet, and Digital Life for $115/month. I was hesitant at first because I have never used DIRECTV and he said they were phasing out U-verse so it was the best way to go. He also said I would have 30 days to cancel, first lie, and so I decided to try it. He then told me to come back in a week to cancel the old services. The next week I came back and cancelled the old services. They didnt cancel the old services so I was charged a late fee on top of my bill for the next month and this is when I went back to another AT&T store to get the issue resolved. As they were resolving this issue I had them check on my next bill to make sure it was correct at $115. It wasnt. The price they quoted me was now at $160. So I called AT&T the same day to get the issue resolved. Basically, what Chris did was sign me up for Digital Life and DIRECTV leaving off the internet until I returned the next week to "cancel" my services and then he wrote that date as the start of the internet. When he was asked about this he said I was leaning towards Comcast for internet, this is a blatant lie. Why would I sign up for Digital Life and DIRECTV (both of which require internet) without signing up for internet first or at the same time. So once I found out about all these issues I said just forget it, I want to cancel everything for the hassle that is has been. Well unfortunately I cant cancel the 2 year contract with DIRECTV without paying $500. At this point, I tried to trim off any excess charges by downgrading internet, DIRECTV, and just getting rid of Digital Life. I spoke to Christopher Simmons at one point and he ensured me that he would cancel the Digital Life and allow me to keep the equipment for no charge. This never happened. AT&T will do nothing for me because on their end all of the paperwork is “correct”. DIRECTV will also do nothing to help. This store is conducting shady business practices to get people trapped into contracts and AT&T, as a company, is not taking responsibility for it.

Despite higher reviews to the contrary, this is not a good AT&T authorized retailer. It is likely the case that the higher rated reviews are from people who have not had more than a casual interaction with the employees of this store. I can only describe the business practices of this store as shady, although this discredits the concept of shady business practices. They will materially misrepresent products to you in order to get you to sign. If you call them out on it, they will lie about their misrepresentations without batting an eye. This kind of shameless practice, where the customer does not matter, and employees will lie to protect their petty employment at a cut-rate AT&T re-seller is a shining example of everything that is wrong with the current state of American business as a whole. Furthermore, after concealing their deceit, they will not hesitate to charge you a fee to add financial injury to insult. They will also attempt to charge you for items they had offered to give you for free. This is easily the least honest, least customer friendly AT&T store I have ever visited. The employees are sour, unhelpful, and clearly strongly dislike being stuck in this kind of dead-end employment. Their lack of customer service forced us to turn directly to AT&T for relief. AT&T, understanding that the employees at this authorized retailer are indolent and generally hostile to customer service in a broad way, offered us a rebate. The idea, however, that customer service is so poor at this authorized retailer that the parent company had to step in to provide some relief speaks volumes about how shameless, unhelpful, and ineffective the employees are at this particular location. Save yourself the trouble. Go straight to an official AT&T store or, if youre getting an iPhone, go straight to Apple. You will get better customer service, and no one will attempt to defraud you via shady business practices.

The longest most drawn out experience of my life. Over four hours to move my number from Verizon to my girlfriends other line that still has unlimited data on it. We made this clear to the gentleman at the store, For whatever reason instead of using the existing line he added a line and put my number on that one Also charging me an activation fee. Also no one at the store thinks the phone is is important enough to answer. I have called all afternoon with no answer. Addendum to previous review. Went back to store and the staff made the situation right. Still the longest drawn out experience. They worked very hard and kept pounding AT&T corporate to resolve the issue.

I called because I wanted DSL internet service. Hence, thats all I wanted!! Anyways, I couldnt complete my order online so I had to call their 1800 number. I knew what I was in store for: A guy trying to upsell me everything, even the kitchen sink. I kept telling the guy, all I wanted was internet. Yet, he made me sit through upsell after upsell after upsell. Did I mention: Upsell after upsell after upsell. How about one more time upsell after upsell after upsell. You get the picture. I got so frustrated after 20 minutes of hearing him ramble, I ended up hanging up the phone and signing up with another provider. What a nightmare.

There is only one employee here, so you wait time can take forever. I also ordered the iPhone 6 on Nov. 3 - and was promised and informed my phone would arrive in a week, two weeks at most. I finally received the confirmation email, now Nov. 12, and it states shipment wont occur until Dec. 3-12. This will be over a month waiting for the phone to arrive. If I wouldve known, I wouldve gone to the Apple Store directly. Dont tell your customers a favorable ship date just to get your sale for the day, you get their hopes up.

People are nice but seem to know little in the way of any real assistance even with the small things ~ I dont necessarily blame the employees in the store, but there should be a LOT more training & they need the ability to do refunds on a phone cover that shouldnt have been something difficult because the timing was partially their (AT&Ts) fault. The store is small so if customer service is a issue than this is really just a "pay your bill" location with some purchasing offers.

Wow!! What amazing customer service!! Went In for an issue I was having with my iPhone and Zack the store manager was awesome! Quick to help and listened to what I was saying. Then looked at my account and guess what I was able to upgrade my phone. Walked away with a low bill and new iPhone! And YES it was new! Thanks Zack and his staff for making this an easy and painless experience.
