Worst experience with a provider ive ever had. The employees have no idea what they are doing, they give you wrong information. They cancelled my phone line 3 times. When I called the customer service (only after being transferred to 4th department)they were able to tell me why my phone isnt working, which was directly due to wrong information provided at the store. Verizon is a horrible company. AVOID AT ALL COST unless you want to waste about 1 week trying to sort out what should be routine cell phone services! I gave them 1 star, for effort, because they did try to solve my problem, but they are so clueless it still resulted in a huge waste of time. They need to get educated on their own services!!!

The absolute worst experience ever! The employees have no knowledge or training! I purchased a Hum GPS tracker that didnt work for my vehicle. I returned the device, did not receive a full refund....and a month later I am still being charged a monthly fee for a device that I already returned to this store! Stupid, incompetent, and a total waste of time! I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH VERIZON AND, DO TO MY EXPERIENCE WITH THIS STORE!!!!! BEWARE!!!

First I inquired Customer service about Unlimited plan & Chnaged plan After i fpibd out Brian owner said one thing my Old plan was 16 G for Jetpack Mobile hotspot & Samsung Galaxy Tab E Tablet So dont Like being Lied to & If I ever Go to This location in gonna be On my P,s & Q,s not gonna get suckered again
