If I could give this store a zero I would. Went in there and just needed a SIM card, FIRST person who waited on me gave me the completely wrong SIM card... I mean wasnt even going to fit. It was as if she didnt even care to look and see if it was going to work. I didnt notice until I was down the street and had to go back. SECOND person who waited on me brought me a SIM card that was the same size as the one I had.... didnt figure out until I was home via customer service THAT IT WAS THE WRONG SIM CARD!!!!!!!! I am not a phone specialist... it is not my job to know the stock # of SIM cards and to which device they go to. This is why you go to the Verizon store in the first place... because they are supposed to be the specialists.... Well dont go to this one unless you want nothing to work and have to waste a whole bunch of time on the phone with customer service to find out the people at the store have no idea what they are doing. For the amount of money I with this carrier there is NO WAY I SHOULD HAVE BEEN INCONVENIENCED BY SOMETHING SO ELEMENTARY!

SALES-SALES-SALES I went to this store to upgrade my phone. Guys leaves for 10 minutes and comes back with options. All priced very similar but with all these additional items (cases, chargers, jet pack, etc...). He explains the third package is the same cost but "essentially comes with a free jet pack". Shame on me for now asking more details. 3 weeks later I receive my bill. I paid $29.99 for the jetpack, signed a 2 year contract for a new line for the jet pack and pay $10 a month for the line. So much for "essentially free". I called the Verizon *611 for assistance and they apologize for the deception. I am told I can take it back to the store for a refund even though its past the 14 days. NOPE! The store manager will not allow the return. So you mean to tell me a device I never opened and was lied about cant be returned. This is not the Verizon I have been use to (20+ years). DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE IF YOU PLAN TO UPGRADE!

I went into the store today wanting to buy out my line which was $270.00 and Jodi the "major" which is what her name tag said refused to let me do so saying I could not pay anything off on my phone until the 28th. So I went home to view my bill online and it said I owed $648.00 which when I called the customer service help line I discovered that my bill was so high was because included in the bill was my phone buy out charge of $243.72 which I could have paid at any time and that she had given me false information. She also said my bill wasnt able to be paid until the 23rd when my bill is due the 18th. Jodi did not explain anything well and she did not show me anything face to face. I am so incredibly happen to be done with Verizon forever since the Howe Avenue store has always had terrible customer service and never helped me when I needed help.

Unlike many of the people posting on here, I actually had a wonderful experience with this store. I have been in and out many times over the past few months to deal with some issues regarding our contract and phones. Nothing on their end, everything that came up was on our side of the fence. Each time we went in, we had really great, fairly quick service. We dealt mostly with one or two of the employees, but they were both really wonderful. When we went in for our updates, we had to wait a little while (it was probably our fault for waiting until the iPhone 5 came out to upgrade to our phones), but once it was our turn, the employee was super nice and respectful. We both came out with new phones, not much hassle at all, and so far so good.

Absolutely the WORST verizon store Ive ever been to. This is not just from one bad experience. Every time you go there expect a long wait or maybe theyll forget you like they did me. Service department is of no help. If your phone doesnt work they will never give you a new one - theyre always out of stock, even if the phone is brand new so youre stuck getting a refurb. We were recently promised an overnight delivery and waited all day Saturday, only to call and find out - there are no Saturday deliveries. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME with this store

The customer service I received at this location, was so bad, I actually chose to switch carriers after nearly 8 years with Verizon. Be prepared to feel rushed, and to feel like you are wasting their time. If you choose not to opt in to one of their add-on sales, the staff treats you like you are an inconvenience to them, and are just a waste of their time. If you do have to deal with Verizon, go to the one in Stow. They actually try and help you solve your problems, unlike the horrible staff at this store.

I actually had a great experience there. I went in to upgrade to a smartphone (chose the iPhone 4), was greeted immediately, and my salesperson Pat was very helpful. It was a smooth transaction. Unfortunately the phone started to act up (turned off again/screen faded out). It happened on & off for a week and they just gave me a new one. I didnt have to wait, it was available the day I went in.

This is a corporate store which in my opinion is much better than a dealer store. The gentleman was happy to spend as much time as I needed with me and answered all my questions, I didnt feel rushed or pressured to buy anything. Youll get more accurate information here at the corporate store opposed to you would at a dealer store.

Terrible! Employees standing around outside smoking and then, once inside they are rude, crude and wont listen. Went in for an iPhone new contract. They made me feel like I was drinking the kool aid" (their words) and told me that android was superior. Im happy to report that this is my first post from my AT&T iPhone.

I HATE this place! If I go here, I have to plan that I will be spending at least 3 hours here easily. While Verizon provides excellent coverage, this retail store lacks customer appeal. One major reason why I have decided its time to make a switch.

The men in this store acted like they were so much better than me. Unless you are willing to buy a new phone, they arent willing to help you. I left this store so mad I could have cried. Try going to the one in Chapel Hill Mall or on Canton Rd.

I went in to this Store simply needing a new SIM card for a phone I purchased online. The girl who helped me was friendly and efficient. Didnt try to sell me anything I didnt want, and didnt charge me for the new SIM card. Great service!
