Hands down the worst service I have ever received at a store. Manager on duty screwed up my online order by running the transaction through the wrong system. I sat in the store for 2 and a half hours while she tried to fix what should have been a 10 minute process (of course at the same time she was goofing off and chatting with the store manager and her sister via text). After all the waiting I still left without my phone. She tried to get me to cancel the order and buy it again in store but I didnt have the funds to do that and it was embarrassing to admit. Her response was to try and get me to open a credit card. I lodged a complaint with corporate a week ago and have yet to hear anything. Id avoid this store and any Best Buy in general for terrible customer service.

I came in the other week to upgrade my Verizon Wireless phone, and couldnt have asked for a better experience. The employees were laid-back, honest, helpful, informative, and relatable (which is very important to me)! It was very easy to stray off and get into a random conversation about common interests. On top of that, they really seemed to want to get me the best possible deal that there was, which I really appreciated. If I ever have a question or an issue with my mobile device, this is the store Ill be visiting without a second thought. :)

We do price matching but only the closest store??? Wtf the 2 wallmart are one mile different ??? OK whatever you do price matching on Amazon you idiot.....get people who what to work instead of idiots

Not a lot of merchandise, though its mainly for mobile devices. Everything else is available at the store on Howe avenue.
