This is the only Metro PCS I will go to. The owners are nice and attentive, they will go out of their way to make sure their customers are happy. Anytime I have bought a phone (which is typically annually, sometimes once every two years, for like the last 7 years) they have made sure it was working properly before I leave the store and if I have a problem I can bring it back and they will fix it. If I break my phone or anything they fix it for me. Prices are good also.

Horrible experience these people are frauds and unproffesional when it comes to them fixing electronics they "fixed" my tablet but brought it back with an even bigger problem and then blamed it on me when I simply wanted a bug removed from the screen and brought it back with none of the buttons working and the manager did not corporate whatsoever very unprofessional never coming back again.

Whoa!! Walked into the store, music was playing, everyone smiling, and having a good time. We have never been in a cellphone store like this before. They have saved us so much money. This store aims to please and works with you. A really great atmosphere with a great bunch of Metro PCS Representatives. A+

I love this MetroPCS store, Naiomy is so sweet, and was able to answer all my questions about both my phone and my plan. And literally I ONLY waited for maybe 2 minutes before I was helped. I was in and out soooo quick!! I will only visit this MetroPCS location for all my future cell phone needs.

They said that they woukd fix my phone for 30 because in had the part I go to the store then the person at the desk tells me 70 so I said OK sure i need my phone fixed then they said it would take 15 minutes to fix but its been a full day and I still dont have it

This Metro PCS store is the most knowledgeable store in the cell phone field, the phones are priced reasonable, and the services are also very reasonable. The staff is attentive, and when I leave I feel everything has been taken care of.
