John and Cody were great, their really turning the store around. My boyfriend has cricket for awhile now and i used to not go with him in store (literally wait in the car and it always took hours) because the staff used to unbearable, unfriendly, and lazy. I came in 2 days ago and talked to John and it was a such a great experience, i didnt mind coming in again today. John and Cody both were engaing and friendly and it felt quick but not rushed. Overall, a great experience and am actually considering switching to cricket myself, because of my experience today and two days ago when we came in. John and Cody are doing a great job and are super helpful and even gave us an awesome discount. who knew going to a phone company was so easy?

OUTSTANDING EXPERIENCE Jess, Sarah and John could not have been more helpful after I decided to switch my long (very, very long) service with Sprint. They thoroughly explained all the plans available, and the free phones available. They were easily able to get through the red phone tape with the other carrier and get the 3 phones set up and working out the door; installed the cases I purchased as well. Friendly, knowledgeable and extremely helpful (and creative).

(: Even though I was just looking for another phone plan they took their time and assisted me with everything I wanted to know. Went in not really knowing what I wanted. I spoke with the store manager, John. He was extremely helpful, but wasnt so uptight and serious as some people in sales are. He made me feel like he was actually talking to me instead of just trying to sell his product. I walked away feeling confident and no buyers remorse!
